I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

2022 Cadillac CT5 review
I'm just 3 weeks into owning and driving this new car, having accepted that my 300,000 mile 22 year old Olds couldn't be rejuvenated. The CT5 is a fine looking intermediate sized sedan. The dealership support seems solid. I think I have mastered the most important 2/3 of what all the switches and controls do. We have the twin-turbo engine and, as advertised, it accelerates well. The jury is out on the run-flat tires and nonexistent equipment to change a tire. The car could use more headroom in the rear seats. But there is lots to like as well. The heads-up display is great and I've configured the dashboard to monitor things I want like tire pressure and coolant temperature (among many other possible things). It connects well with my mobile phone and charges while doing this. The basic radio pulls in all sorts of stations. It feels well constructed and I was delighted to learn almost all of the car was made in the US, Canada, or Mexico. It is a pleasure to drive and it induced me to pick up a copy of Aretha Franklin's Freeway of Love singing about her Pink Cadillac, even if mine is white.

2025 Cadillac CT5 review
Nice car and the car is pretty fast for a 4 cylinder and it gets 32 mpg. Hwy.!!! beautifull interoor although a little bit cramped but it has all the amenities i need!! As nice of a car as this is i will keep it for a long time!!! it's cheaper to maintain than european rivals and i think for the smaller engine it has more get up and go than my older 2020 toyota corolla!!!

Despite juggling multiple customers, he never made me feel rushed or overlooked. That level of customer service is rare, especially in such a high-demand environment. While waiting, I walked the lot and was genuinely impressed by the quality of their inventory. They had a great selection of upscale vehicles, all well-maintained and appealing. It definitely speaks to the standard this dealership maintains. Once David was able to assist me, he was knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent throughout the entire process. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and he even made sure my truck was fully cleaned and ready, even though it was located at another lot. I left extremely satisfied with my purchase and confident that I chose the right place to do business. David went above and beyond, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed. Bought a 2020 CT5 as a replacement for my wife’s 2010 Mini Cooper S. She loves it, and it’s a very comfortable car with some really nice options. We got the All Wheel Drive (AWD) version with the turbocharged 2 liter engine, and it has plenty of get up and go.

2025 Cadillac CT5 review
I only drive about 1500 miles annually. Last year (2024) I bought two of these cars, identical except for interior and exterior colors. No mechanical issuers to date. But the car is too hi-tech for me. I have little knowledge about what many of the knobs, buttons, computer swipes, etc. actually do. The owners manual, which you can purchase for an additional $50 is over 450 pages, I have yet had the time to read it. It comes with a sun roof which I did not want, but had no choice but to get it. It is very complicated, I liked the less complicated cars of yesteryear much better.
