I love this car! It is stylish, has great performance and drives so smooth! We recently took a long road-trip and had no issues with staying comfortable. Since this car is AWD, the gas mileage isn't the absolute best in the city, but it does well for the highway. The interior is nicely designed and I love the heated leather seats!
Second car I have bought from there and each time I had to have repairs made within a few days of purchasing. Now even not two weeks later it needs an oil change as well. Few days after I got it home I took it back cuz it needed brakes and rotors.

This car is everything I would want a more but I also have to think about my family and Pricing due to my own situations so I went with the best Dale now it's time to come back and make a even better one
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I think it's worth every penny paid for its very reliable and smooth on the road luxurious and very fuel efficient which is a big plus coz normally luxury cars are gas guzzlers and much more
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Car is cheap and made of plastic, old Cadillac’s were much better built and more reliable and not as expensive, GM should be ashamed seeking these over priced Malibu’s as ’Cadillacs’
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Great room in this car. It is sleek and turns heads. Offers a lot of options and conveniences. Heated and cooled seats and steering wheel is awesome.
A very simple straight forward process. The entire team from start to finish was well organized, experienced and very cordial. They have refined the entire process from start to finish and kept it simple and streamlined. I couldn't be happier!

The performance is great and it has all of the extras that I could want like Bluetooth and Android Auto, Intellibeam headlights, Heads Up Display, Lane Keeping Assist, SiriusXM, heated seats and steering wheel, and much more. Decent mileage for the great acceleration and power.
I switched from a 2009 CTS 3.6L AWD to the 2015 CTS 3.6L AWD and I have been blown away. Love the car. The biggest hurdle was the infotainment center change. Get used to using the "Home" button and your life will be much easier in this vehicle. Also, if you have self leveling headlights, wait for the car to adjust before hopping in and taking off. Sounds simple enough, but if it's your first time driving her, you'll get thrown off. Beautiful car, amazing responsiveness, and a complete stunner overall. 10/10.
This car, although a 2011, has been reliable and comfortable. Every time I have transported family, friends, or coworkers, they have always been a tiny bit impressed with the Cadillac name without me having to spend an arm and a leg. Repairs are expensive but few.
I love everything about this dealership. They are the gold standard for all Volvo Service teams. I purchased my car from another dealer, but will not take it back there ever, having worked with Volvo of Richmond. The service professionals keep you informed of the nature, expense and timing of the appointment. The shuttle team is punctual and personable, and the car comes back in great shape. Kudos all around. Special note that the dealership sent an email overview of the condition of the car, followed by an email and phone call post service. Great team.
Worst Car I Have Ever Owned

I purchased this car new and was very excited as it was the most beautiful (and most expensive) car I ever owned. However, there were so many cosmetic problems with this vehicle it was ridiculous. Based on the vehicle's MSRP you would certainly expect a higher quality of craftmanship, which was not the case. The steering wheel stitching came apart and needed to be replaced. All the carbon fiber trim in the vehicle was replaced, the driver seat cover was replaced, the windshield was replaced, the headlights were replaced, the black and silver trim around all the windows was also replaced. In addition, this vehicle value devalued incredibly fast and did not retain much value. This has been the worst car purchase in my life and I will never own another Cadillac.
I resently purchased a used Ford Expedition 2006, from Fivestar car and truck llc. , richmond va . I could not have been happier with my experience. I purchased the truck as is, but I did purchased a limited warrenty. On the very first day a check engine light came On. I called Chris S. the owner, he was very courteous and thoughtful. I brought the truck back and he brought it to he ford mechanic, to check the codes and see what needed to be done. We went back and forth a number of times. Throu out my dealings Chris and his team could not have been more professional and courteous. He really wanted to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Since the problem with the truck could not have been anticipated. Eventually the truck was repaired, with the dealership taking responsibility. I would recommend Fivestar to my friends, and intend to return in the future for sdditional purchases. Maria their financial/processing person was lovely. And Chris S. felt like a friend by the time everything was done. Great Place

This car has been excellent. The AWD is great in the snow. The bose speakers sound great! The 3.6 engine has plenty of pep. The only downside is the relatively poor gas mileage (approx 19mpg) that I get with mixed city/hwy driving; not a show stopper, just an observation.
If you're like me and I dread going to buy a car, especially a used car, go see Antoine. Low pressure, polite, and you can tell he's just a good man. He let the car do the talking and let me make the decision. Gave me plenty of time and space, held the car for me for a day while a made my decision, and made the buying process easy once I made my choice. I would definitely go there again!

I would love to have this vehicle! It rides very well and very stylish! This vehicle also accommodate my family needs as well! This is definitely a lifetime vehicle!
This is our third Subaru, purchased through Harry. I think that says a great deal about this person. If we didn't feel like we were being treated fairly, we would have never purchased the first one. We love the car, but that is only half the story. The dealership is like a family member to us. The people in the sales, service and parts departments are first class. I am always treated as if I am their most important task for the day, and they do everything in their power to accommodate me and my request. They are good at providing advice, but not before they listen and understand what it actually is that I am requesting. As I tell everyone, they treat me like family.

I love it. I would purchase another CTS! I purchased my current CTS
brand new! Both city and highway driving is excellent! The seats are very comfortable. Road noise is at a minimum. Place the Cadillac CTS on your short list!
Please call before go there. Many car isn't longer available once I arrived. Very busy on the weekend.

This car turned out to be better than we even thought. Clean, plenty of room which gives you a smooth and luxurious ride. This is the first time shopping for a Cadillac and they treated us so well. We will share this information with family and friends...
The Cadillac CTS is my dream car, and I even got to have it in white diamond! It has such a classy look on the outside, and has all of the amenities on the inside. I especially love the heated seats, and the quickness with which they heat up! I'm 5'10" and I have plenty of leg room, and I don't feel cramped. I feel safe driving this car, and when accelerating, the car has no problem making the transitions. It's a great car that I hope to have for a while!

I've only owned my car since March 2015, but so far I'm in love with this vehicle. My only concern is over the dealership. I was formally a Lincoln owner and blown away at how over-the-top they were when it came to treated their customers and how immaculate and plush the customer waiting area was. This can't be said for Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth.
I've purchased several new cars before and I didn't get the excellent service that I received here. I got the suv of my dreams and I didn't have to settle for something else. I would recommend anyone. You also have a nice selection of cars to choose from. C. Arroyo
