I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

I usually dont write reviews but my experience with Truck Kings deserves one. Erase any idea you may have of a used car dealer and its inventory and replace it with satisfaction, enjoyment, zero frustration and a buying experience like no other. I have owned this Escalade for a year. Very impressive. Car does what it was designed to do. Luxurious, powerful, comfortable. Most impressive. Gas mileage? No. But, that is not why I bought it. I am very pleased with the car. I grew up with Cadillacs (my Dad currently has three), drove Chevys for years, and now own my first Cadillac. There is a difference! The details, attention to quality, fit and finish, and that beautiful Cadillac crest make owning it special. So nice.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!
