I love the way this truck converts from a passenger car to a hauler. With the mid gate down I can carry 4x8 sheetrock or plywood totally inside out of the weather. 10 foot 2x4s will go in this truck. With 400 hp it will keep up with the beat of them. Passing is no problem. Mileage is not too bad at 13 -15 mpg. I own two of these and if they still made them I'd have a new one.

Best truck I've ever owned. The ride is smooth and turns heads wherever I go. Only cons I have are the Bose stereo was not very good and the wheels were not too nice. I upgraded the stereo with a touchscreen pioneer app radio, changed all the door speakers with components and added subwoofers on a midgate box. Also upgraded the 17" wheels to 24" forged wheels and now my truck is a headturner. Gas milage is not the greatest but who buys an Escalade for that? Smiles per gallon is what its all about!

260,000 miles and still tight as a drum. 20-23 mpg. Comfortable. Able to haul horse trailer easily. Really sorry that GM no longer makes them. Would buy another one in a heartbeat if this on wasn't running so well.

WOW! What a great truck. If you want horsepower combined with luxury, in a pick-up...Then you will be happy as I am. If you just want a boring pick-up go get a Chevy S10. I love my EXT and most important to me is its dependability. I did research before buying and saw nothing but positive reviews. Now im here to back those up and tell you its everything that others are saying. Awesome awesome truck. The obvious complaint is the 25 gallon tank that I have to fill up. It gets about 12-15MPG on average. Yet your not buying it for fuel economy. Love it!!

Several friends and family members have owned and still own a Subaru, and the quality and safety have been amazing. My father was in an accident while swerving to miss a deer. We believe the airbags under the steering wheel are the reason he sustained only minor injuries. We are very thankful and trust Subura. My older sister's first car was a Subaru, and her second one as well. My aunt's father was a Subaru mechanic for many years. She grew up driving Subarus. I have tried other good trucks (Dodge and Ford) and previously owned an earlier model Cadillac EXT(2002). The worst mistake I ever made was trading the EXT in on another utility vehicle in 2004. I have now happily returned to the EXT and am very pleased withit. Who said you could never go home again!!! I own a Jaguar Super V-8 and now I have to decide everyday which one to pick. It's always a struggle and that's how good I think the EXT is.
