My wife and I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 20 years, we were due for an upgrade from our 97 4Runner. After extensive research, we decided on a Macan S. We reached out to multiple dealerships via email, Adam from Porsche of Chandler was the first to reply and the most helpful. Subsequently he was always prompt and informative in communicating. Our initial plan of building out a new Macan S didn't work since 2019s weren't yet available and the 2018 run was done. We then changed gears and test drove a used, CPO 2018 GTS in the sapphire blue we were interested in. We fell in love and Adam made the buying experience as minimally painful as possible. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and non-pressured. Helps when what you're selling is such a high quality product. We appreciated Adam and Ginger staying late on Friday night to help finalize the purchase (with no pushy upselling). When the car was ready (after window tinting and detailing), Adam delivered it to our house in North Scottsdale (40 minutes away), in time for us to take it up to Sedona for Thanksgiving. That confirmed their commitment to high end customer service. And our new blue stallion is fantastic! Few things in life live up to the expectations, our Macan GTS exceeded them.
I purposely avoid dealerships due to all the hassles, but my experience at Earnhardt Cadillac Chandler was amazing. I saw a vehicle online and made some tentative contact, not expecting much as I had not bought from a dealer in over 25 years. Everything worked out in the process and I have my new-to-me vehicle which was awesome. The team, Peter, Andy, Luke, had everything ready for me so when I drove in from Tucson, all I had to do was inspect, drive, sign and head home in about 30 minutes. Awesome experience.
We started looking for a new Cadillac a few months ago. Our lease was coming due and Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac was the only dealer in the Valley to have any specials listed on their website. The other stores just didn't seem to be trying very hard.
I initially contacted the dealership in July and due to unforeseen circumstances had to put things off for a bit. When I checked back in with the salesperson, Luke Salscheider, he was very courteous and helpful. Due to my travel schedule , it took a about a week of back and forth with emails and phone calls, but throughout the whole process Luke was extremely patient. The day before we had delivery scheduled, I asked Luke to have everything ready to minimize our time at the dealership. Just as I requested, all of the paperwork was ready along with the car and we were in and out in a little over an hour. I fully expected it to take closer to two.

I was shopping for a car and this dealership had what I thought was the perfect buy. When we agreeed on a price I then found out there was 1200 in dealership fees I previously did not know about included a fee because they like to retint their cars. We went back a forth on the price and was still 800 apart from a deal. I was informed that lowering it anymore would be losing money for the dealership and they could sell it at an auction for more. It wasn't rude customer service st all, but it was far from pleasant. After deciding to keep looking the very next day they dropped the car 1000 online.
This is my 3rd new car from Coulter, that in itself says volumes. Allen was great as always, our 2018 Terrain is wonderful and sits nicely next to the Acadia Limited I bought the last time. I highly recommend Coulter to anyone wanting to purchase their next vehicle.
I had been searching for a while for a specific vehicle for my 18 year old (Kia Soul). We found one at a very unexpected dealership, Mercedes Benz of Chandler. I contacted the Sales Manager Haydn Howe, inquiring about this vehicle. I live in Hawaii and was vacationing to the Chandler area. I arrived at the dealership on Tuesday morning and Haydn asked Emil Najar to show me the vehicle. Emil took me through the car and answered all of my questions. We went out on a test drive and the car performed fantastic. I was going to look at another vehicle, but I was enamored with this car. I made an offer and it was accepted. The paperwork took a little longer than normal, as I financed through USAA and the car is going to be shipped to Hawaii. I drove the car for 5 days in the Phoenix Valley and now it is back at the dealership, awaiting transportation to Hawaii.
Emir's knowledge about Porsche is amazing and he gave me great insight into this vehicle.
Lastly, I had some concerns about the IMS bearing issue and the General Manager Russell Schwartzman took the time to explain this issue and reassured me about this great car I was purchasing.
I have bought many cars and this was a straight forward transaction, no issues at all.
