The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it’s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.
I purchased a used 2012 CTS in July and I must say it was one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. From Hank Landry in Sales to Brian and Andrew in Service they a truly a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, you will not go wrong. I thought the pricing was fair and the car was in outstanding condition, it was obvious that it had been completely serviced and ready to go. Baker Cadillac was the third location we stopped at while shopping for a top quality, reliable yet affordable SUV. I really wish we went there first but as they always say, you can’t recognize good unless you’ve seen bad. The first two dealers we visited weren’t concerned about the customer experience but only the sale. Randy at Baker Cadillac was the easiest salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions with a patient cheerfulness that has left a lasting impression on me and my family!
You're greeted as soon as you drive into the sheltered area by a service rep who is very polite and attentive. You wait in the lounge area with coffee or cold drinks. When service is completed, your vehicle is washed and vacuumed.
One can also call for service and your vehicle will be picked up and exchanged for a loaner while its being serviced and returned to you.
The reason for only three stars for facilities is because the waiting area, though comfortable, is more like an afterthought; a cubby arranged off the side of a passageway.
All in all, this is a great place.

The waiting area is very comfortable with excellent choices of coffee.

This was a 2hr ride for me to King. Well worth it! This family owned dealership treats you like one of their own. The showroom and lot aren't flashy, their salesman not stuffy or slimey, and their approach is not pushy. The King family puts their time and effort into the customer and making good fair deals. Their local trades seem to be super clean and well maintained (why I drove across the state). Even when in negotiations the sales staff didn't get aggressive, acknowledged and validated every point I made, and were truly there to make a good deal for both sides. If King were closer to me they would have my vehicle service business too. I highly recommend any of the team at King, especially Aaron who went above and beyond before, during, and AFTER our purchase. Go visit the KING
My Husband and I had stopped by Cargill Chevy late Saturday evening during Memorial Day weekend to check out an suv we were very interested in. We didn’t really expect to make a purchase right away but as soon as we saw the Audi SQ5 in person - for a great price, we just had to have it. Our sales guy, Jason H. was very patient and helpful. He had made the process very “pain free” and there was no pressure at all towards purchasing the vehicle, and also we love how everyone was very laid back there. My Cadillac DeVille was in for service on Wednesday. Received my load. Went over what was to be done. All service was very good. The only exception was the Complete Detail I had done. The trunk was not touched. When brought to the attention of Megan in Service they took the car back. Pulled out the covering in the trunk, quick vacuum and then THREW the coverings, etc., back in the trunk. You would think they would have put the coverings back the way they were. Other times I've had detailing done everything was perfect. All was good except the trunk. Next time will be better. Thank you Baker's for all your good service.
