Mercedes-Benz of Youngstown review
We purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee at this dealership yesterday. What a great experience. We live over 2 hours away so I had already made the deal over the phone. We showed up, took a drive and looked over the vehicle. We noticed some marks on the vehicle. The salesman, Dennis, took it to the shop and they buffed out the marks. We noticed a small ding on the door edge. He offered to order and send us some touch up paint. I noticed the jack, tools and manual were missing. They ordered what we needed and are shipping the items to us. Dennis was very friendly and accommodating. The finance guy, also named Dennis, did a great job. Was easy to talk with and no pressure to sell us additional items or services. Overall it was a great experience.

INFINITI of Clarendon Hills review
I recently purchased a 2018 Infiniti QX30 and had the pleasure of working with Ali Abdulla. From the moment we connected, Ali’s positive attitude and professionalism stood out. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all my questions with confidence and care. His knowledge about the vehicle and the process was impressive, and he truly went the extra mile to make sure I got the right deal that worked for me. I never felt pressured—just supported. If you’re looking for someone who is genuinely committed to helping you, I highly recommend asking for Ali. Outstanding service from start to finish!

Robert Basil Buick GMC CadillacReviews
Robert Basil Buick GMC Cadillac review
My experience was very good. Gavin was a good salesperson. However, I would NEVER EVER recommend a salesperson to tell ANY customer to put down $14,000 which was incredibly obscene for a down payment on a 3 year lease. You should NEVER be that hungry for a commission. My favorite salesperson that I knew for 35 years at West Herr East Aurora would never recommend that to me. That is the trust you build with your salesperson-customer relationship. If I had to do this all over again--I definitely would NOT. It was too late to back out of this deal. Basil is known for great deals, and this was definitely NOT a great deal no matter how you spin it. I was under much pressure myself to get a new car due to previous lease expiring, tariffs coming into the mix soon and my mom having cancer with only a few months to live. But, this scenario will never happen again, I will make sure of that.

2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.
