I went to see what my options were with my lease that had some damage. I wanted to find something within budget to purchase. Damion was very helpful. He had sure he showed me all of my options and got what I wanted in the end. He was very friendly and understanding. I’ve very happy with the car I got. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.
2021 Cadillac XT5 review
Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

I’ve always dreaded going to dealerships; expecting to spend my whole day being pressured into buying something that I “give in” to so the salesperson shuts up and usually more than I wanted monthly payments to be (lessons learned). My experience yesterday was the complete opposite! My salesman Rob Mosen-super awesome! Honest, real, down to earth. He has the perfect balance of businessman and advisor and I definitely recommend him to everyone. Matt and Ron were awesome too, very personable. The whole atmosphere is comforting. Kind of makes you want to go and just hang out with them all day. Needless to say, I left with a new jeep. Thank you everyone!!

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

I had an excellent five-star experience at Atlantic Chevrolet from start to finish while purchasing my pickup. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, and I truly appreciate the overall customer service and attention I received. I especially want to recognize Paul Coppola for his outstanding professionalism, knowledge, and patience throughout the buying process. Paul made everything easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. His honesty and dedication were a major reason I decided to buy from Atlantic Chevrolet. I highly recommend Atlantic Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Great dealership, great experience, and exceptional service from Paul Coppola.

John McCoy was a great salesman! He was honest, communicated well, and applied no pressure to make a decision. This dealership was the only one on Long Island that was willing to negotiate a deal on the car I purchased. Every other dealer said that they could not lower the price of the car even $1. This is the third vehicle that I purchased or leased from this dealership and I will return when I am ready for my next vehicle.

2023 Cadillac XT5 review
First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

Sarant Cadillac review
I just want to say this is my 4 th Cadillac from Sarant. 2 CTS's, 1 ATS and now XT5. Thank you so much Mark Rosen Rosen for being a great salesperson and understanding my needs of a car. And Antonio general manager who has been patient and kind answering my questions. And Bill Baccio always got back to me for questions on the car as far as service. All the staff at Sarant makes you feel at home. Thank you Lori Zimmerman
2023 Cadillac XT5 review
The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

Sarant Cadillac review
We leased an escalade ESV from the dealership - using Jim Rapp as our salesman. He was so professional, warm and very receptive to what we were looking for. There was no haggling over price, no multiple walks to the manager. The whole deal was done under an hour. I absolutely hate car shopping, but Jim and Sarant changed my opinion of the process. Thank you to Jim and everyone at Sarant for the experience... we look forward to using our new and very large car!
2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

Sarant Cadillac review
After going to into a few other Cadillac dealerships I finally went to Sarant Cadillac. I felt welcomed immediately. I sat with Jim Rap and I knew I didn't need to go anywhere else. It was a no hassle negotiation that hadn't happened anywhere else. They were able to get the vechicle in a timely fashion. Just an overall good experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I was to lease or buy a Cadillac.

I have nothing bad to say. The salesman was knowledgeable and pleasant.
2023 Cadillac XT5 review
This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Majed was extremely helpful throughout the car buying process. He was informative and thorough from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable and courteous with our time. I did not feel pressured to make a decision. We would definitely purchase another car from him.
2023 Cadillac XT5 review
Absolutely love it. Got the bigger motor and not sorry! Comfortable as ever. Nice sound system and lots of “tech”. Pretty interior and love the exterior paint!
