One of the easiest and most pleasant car purchases that I have made in a long time and I have bought and leased a lot of cars over the years. Kevin Krisher, Internet Sales Manager was fantastic to work with. Leased a New 2017 Nissan Rogue and the price was as advertised, no pressure up selling options, etc. Was torn between Black or White and Kevin brought both Models up front for me to see so I can decide which one I wanted. Great experience with a great salesman, Tony Bowler. Didn't feel pressured, but I was provided all information needed to make my decision to purchase. Felt like I paid a fair price for my new car. I really liked the casual, low key atmosphere of this dealership and Tony. Not the typical high pressure car sales, which made me very happy!
Everyone was absolutely amazing from our sales rep Orrin, to the Manager Ryan and even the service area with Matt. We appreciate them and will never go anywhere else to buy a car. We will be Cadillac owners for life.
I was disappointed that when I left my car for service/repairs that when I picked up my car it wasn't washed. I have always known for Cadillac to wash your car upon return.

Although this was my first Cadillac purchase, the staff at Cadillac of Las Vegas along with the quality of the vehicle has made me loyal Cadillac customer going forward.
I had the pleasure of having Micheal Coleman help me with getting my CTS serviced. He was very efficient and professional and got me in and out of there in no time. Best experience I've ever had when dealing with the service department. I would recommend anyone with a Cadillac to see him.
The service I got at Findley Cadillac was fine in every respect. Some of the work was covered by warranty; some was not. The company completed all the work with no remaining problems. I had a loaner car from Findley while the work was done. The service contact at Findley diagnosed the necessary engine repair just from the smell in the car; I had not noticed and would not have known what the smell meant anyway; it was not strong.
Took a 2011 MKX in to dealership for service. What a fun day! Ended with buying a beautiful 2018 Continental. Service and Sales departments are excellent. Timely, efficient, friendly, helpful and informative. I have been walking through their doors for 8 years. Silas, Allen and service personnel are excellent and trustworthy!
I went to Finley Cadillac looking to purchase a new car, I met up with a sales person by the name of Ethan Miles. If anyone wants to know about cars, go see Ethan. This guy knew everything about Cadillac and more. I really only met a few people who were so into their job and product they sell.
