I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!

Long overdue review, tend to forget but this one i had to. Not sure why people are complaining, i had a very good experience here. The price was fair and the owner did what needed to be done on my request. I drove 1hr from MD for my car, after researching for 2 months, would have to do MD inspection, he promised i would pass it and if not he would do the needful to fix it to have pass inspection. Yes it was a drive back and time, but he kept up his end of the bargain and 6 mos out the care is doing amazingly well. My mechanic approved saying i got a great deal and car. This is a small family owned business, not some big dealership, the girl at the front is super sweet, friendly and helpful and the owner is a good honest man. I am sorry some people had a bad experience, but i am super happy with my purchase and service. Will definitely go back for my next car.

Just bought a 2022 Tacoma from these guys. Hilario was a very knowledgeable salesman and answered every question I had. Jake in finance was awesome as well. We went in close to closing time, but all the guys stayed late to make sure I was able to drive home in my new pickup that day! I just purchased a car from Route 110 Auto and I can honestly say is the first time that I ever left the dealership ever, not feeling like I got screwed. There was a very specific vehicle that I wanted, Mike, the salesman that I worked with found several of them and had mine shipped from as far away as the Midwest. I never was pressured into anything, they helped me find financing, and the car did not have a speck of dust anywhere on it. When they received the car they serviced it. New brakes new tires, basically a whole tune-up, and it was spotless. The only issue that I had was that because it was an out of state car the window tint was too dark for the state of Massachusetts inspection. He told me to bring it back and they took care of it right away. The site is also great, you can choose by dollar amount category what you're looking to spend. Nothing but good things to say! They're also a locally owned family owned and run company.

Jones did everything from registration to tags and new license plates. And I was able to drive home in my new vehicle that same-day. Salesman Wayne, took me over to Enterprise to return my rental at 4:30 before they closed. They towed my old car from its location to them next day.
