The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it’s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.
I purchased a used 2012 CTS in July and I must say it was one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. From Hank Landry in Sales to Brian and Andrew in Service they a truly a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, you will not go wrong. I thought the pricing was fair and the car was in outstanding condition, it was obvious that it had been completely serviced and ready to go. We bought a 2 year old Honda CR V from these guys. They were terrific to deal with. Our salesman Ron was totally attentive to our needs. The car was in great condition at a very reasonable price. Ron had the car driven to our mechanic in Boston for him to inspect. Then brought the papers by our office for us to complete the deal. Then delivered the car to our home the next day, complete with inspection and registration. He couldn't be more service oriented. The best part was that he was very easy going to work with. Not at all pushy like many car sales people.
Requested an Oil change, installation of 4 new tires and new windshield wipers. I was disappointed with the oil change because the oil use for the change was not the standard synthetic blend 5000 mile change the vehicle came with and has been used for the last six years. It was the non synthetic oil with a 3000 mile change recommendation.
My experience is always pleasant when I bring my car into King Cadillac. I find the service department helpful and they always take the time to explain things to me about my car that I can understand the way they present

Baker Cadillac was the third location we stopped at while shopping for a top quality, reliable yet affordable SUV. I really wish we went there first but as they always say, you can’t recognize good unless you’ve seen bad. The first two dealers we visited weren’t concerned about the customer experience but only the sale. Randy at Baker Cadillac was the easiest salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions with a patient cheerfulness that has left a lasting impression on me and my family!
You're greeted as soon as you drive into the sheltered area by a service rep who is very polite and attentive. You wait in the lounge area with coffee or cold drinks. When service is completed, your vehicle is washed and vacuumed.
One can also call for service and your vehicle will be picked up and exchanged for a loaner while its being serviced and returned to you.
The reason for only three stars for facilities is because the waiting area, though comfortable, is more like an afterthought; a cubby arranged off the side of a passageway.
All in all, this is a great place.

Although I did not purchase my 2005 Cadillac at Baker Cadillac I have used

My Cadillac DeVille was in for service on Wednesday. Received my load. Went over what was to be done. All service was very good. The only exception was the Complete Detail I had done. The trunk was not touched. When brought to the attention of Megan in Service they took the car back. Pulled out the covering in the trunk, quick vacuum and then THREW the coverings, etc., back in the trunk. You would think they would have put the coverings back the way they were. Other times I've had detailing done everything was perfect. All was good except the trunk. Next time will be better. Thank you Baker's for all your good service.
Barbara was very helpful showing us choices for purchasing a car. we test drive both vehicles and went home and did research on both. It was nice to see a good review on the vehicle we purchased.
