This was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. Mark and Sue were a pleasure to work with. They are both very helpful and knowledgeable without any pressure. They had the best deal on the vehicle that I was looking for. They took care of everything. The vehicle was clean and had a full tank of gas when we went to pick it up. I definitely will go back to them the next time I need a car.
My visit to Northeast Acura was a first, not having purchased an Acura in the past. The salesperson, Emily Famulare, greeted me with a smile, and proceeded to explain the workings of the RDX, went over my many questions with precise answers, pointing out features that made me decide to purchase. The test drive really "sealed the deal" for me. Throughout the rest of the process, Emily, and other associates, acted professionally, courteously, in a warm, friendly manner. Having purchased numerous vehicles and having them serviced over the past 20 years I can speak to quality of service Bob Karls provides. The service is always always friendly and competent where the mechanics are not satisfied until they get the repair right. The fact that most of the employees have been with Bob for many years speaks to the quality of the operation and has enabled them to form a bond with their customers whom they genuinely care about! It's a rare business in today's world, almost like business from a bygone era. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Let's just say nothing good ever comes easily and that describes my recent used car search ... until I met Ernie and his crew ... simply a class act.
I arrived in a rush, on a budget, and exhausted from dealing with larger car dealerships.
From the moment I spoke with Enrie on the phone, arrived and met Ralph and the others, I had a good feeling this buying experience was going to work out ... understatement ... they rolled out the red carpet for me ... and even when I got out of line, stuck with me and ensured I was well served and completely satisfied.

Bob Karl, Jerry and his service crew run a truly honest and customer focused business. We purchased a 2012 Buick LaCrosse for ourselves, and gave our 2007 Chrysler to our daughter. Bob and his team prepared and serviced not only the awesome vehicle we were purchasing from them, but also the vehicle we were transitioning to our daughter. We love the vehicle we purchased, his pricing was reasonable and he replaced ball joints and rotated the tires on the car we were giving to the kid at nearly his cost, saving us hundreds of dollars. He even handled putting both vehicles on the road for us. Everything about this team is top shelf. Bob Karl's Sales and Service have our highest recommendation.
I really enjoyed working with Mr. Patire, He was informative, pleasant and not pushy and will definitely work with him again. However, although I did not finance through the dealership I found the ???finance manager??? Colin Slate to be arrogant and off putting once he realized I had no interest in purchasing any additional warranties or accessories. All and all I would rate my experience a positive one and would recommend anyone not financing through the dealership to opt out of the sit down with Mr. Slate. Bruce seems to be a genuinely nice guy and not your typical sleazy car salesman, Thank you Mr. Patire.
After ten years of Whalen keeping my old Equinox in great shape on the road the time finally came to replace. I called them up days prior to my visit and they walked me through everything and had my paper work and vehicle ready for when I arrived. The vehicle I wanted was in exceptional condition and well priced. My representative’s name was Tanner and he was beyond helpful. He was polite and very informative. They delivered my car at no cost to me. I called him up days after I received my vehicle and Tanner ON HIS DAY OFF, was still able to help me with my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this place and make sure you get Tanner. You can’t go wrong!
I reported a problem with the key sticking in the ignition when the car is shut off. Often it takes sever restarts of the car and very firmly pushing the shift into park in order to free the key.. I received an unsatisfactory excuse for fixing the problem. Because it did not happen all of the time. I am considering taking the truck to an Albany dealer.
