This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

I really enjoy driving this vehicle it is a daily driver I had to modify the exhaust because a weld broke after someone else cut the resonators off thinking it was the cats I bet they felt great at the scrap yard but any way it just rolled over to 200k a few days ago it still performs great I put drilled and slotted rotors then put new cats and AutoZone bought pipe for duels it sounds obnoxious and angry I think the srx was held back and could have produced an excellent sport vehicle as for the brakes since the new rotors I havent had any issues still OEM calipers I was behind a vehicle that was on a cars but and it stopped suddenly the only thing I could do was stand on the breaks then I let off gassed hard as I swerved around the 2012 srx was still solid and reliable and I squeezed a camel through an eye hole it gave me a real rush of adrenaline and made me realize this car is just a wee bit more than I thought

Our SRX has been awesome. It currently has >110K miles, and it is still going strong. With regular maintenance aside, we have really only had two significant repairs performed. The touchscreen went out at about 85K. Thankfully, our extended warranty covered that replacement. A few months later, I took it in for a slight vibration while driving. This vibration became noticeable at speeds above 30MPH, and it become slightly more pronounced the faster at which you travelled. Repair tech find that a coil spring on the passenger front strut assembly had broken. Service manager, service writer, and the technician/mechanic were all surprised, and they took me into the garage to look at where the bottom portion of the coil spring was simply gone with clear break line showing. There was no indication of how or why it broke, but our current theory is impurities or maybe air bubble(s) while they were casting the spring. Motor & transmission have been solid. AWD system has been great, and it handles the winter snow & ice quite well. The 3.6L, naturally-aspirated motor performs decently. One must take that with a grain of salt, as it can easily seem slightly lethargic when compared to the slew of slightly newer cars & SUVs that are now coming out with some kind of forced-air induction (turbo(s) or supercharger). All things considered it is a solid performer. Ride quality is good. Handling is better than expected. It lacks features like Apple CarPlay, but it does support basic Bluetooth connectivity. Audio quality is better than your average vehicle, and the on-board microphones make it easy to hold phone conversations at any speed. The dual, rear seat DVD screen option is a rarity, but it is great for anyone with kids. The included Bluetooth headsets let your kid(s) listen their DVD while you listen to something else. It also comes with a "simplified" remote control which allows them to navigate menus and perform normal video functions (FF, REW, Pause, etc.). Another standout option, in my opinion, is cooled/ventilated front seats. This was our first vehicle with this option. My youngest daughter & I are both in love with this option. Overall, I think the SRX is still (12-years and counting) an attractive looking mid-size SUV with a solid drivetrain and Cadillac-level creature comforts.

A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

Of course I'm there to look att cars and when I find one I'll come to u. Which I did. I found 4 that I loved. They let me test drive each one. I ended up choosing the Chevy equinox. It was beautiful not a thing a long and very spotless. The lpaperwork took no time. A lot of places takes a good 8 hours not westlies. They were very nice. I told them the price I did not want to go over and I got it for less..I will tell everyone to go there to buy a car and they will not be disappointed..I got 4 free oil changes for free and check my engin̈e and tires. Have you ever taken a sentimental journey back to a favorite place only to find that yesteryears landscape may have changed yet the allure and intrinsic beauty of it still shined through filling you with a yearning to make that little spot of the World all yours? Well, that was my reaction when I first saw the CT4. This small Cadillac is very modern looking, yet it inherited the subtle, classic beauty of its distant relatives. The linear lines of its design, (that instantly identifies it as a Cadillac) with a touch of sculpturing make the CT4 appear longer and larger than it is. The handsome modern yet distinctive grill and front end also clearly announces it as unmistakably a Cadillac. Cadillac's designers put some thought in designing the rear of the CT4 giving it an unclutter attractive balanced look unlike many of its competitors' back-ends which shout out "after-thought". (I state my opinion knowing beauty is in the eyes of the beholder). A view of the back of the CT4 boast vertical taillights, another attractive and dateless classic Cadillac signature feature yet modern in their appealing integration around the sides of the rear quarter panels. The Cadillac CT4 presents itself as a nice balance between a small sport and luxury car. I find the modern definition of interior luxury to my liking and its quality and appearance on par, in my opinion, with its competitors which I've sat inside. The CT4 feels like "home". The DIC is easy to read, and the CUE is intuitive and not difficult at all to navigate. Controls are thoughtfully located within reach whether on the steering wheel or on the touch screen. The seats are comfortable and give all the support I need even for a man my size. For a sport car the front seating area of the cabin is surprisingly roomy with plenty of leg room. I do not feel closed-in or cramped in the cabin. As for the rear seating area, it is small and, in my opinion, it is not a car for those with a family nor for those who need to frequently transport others. The trunk is small and not suitable for those who need to haul a lot around. All around visibility when driving is very good and driving safety is augmented by all the safety features that come standard with the CT4. There is very good vision from the large sideview mirrors as well as the rearview mirror. (Speaking of safety features and other desirable options, the Premium Luxury trimline, which I have, offers much more for your money and is well worth considering when looking to buy this Cadillac.). I find I have no difficulty in entering or exiting this car. Some of the many features that tickle my fancy and put a smile on my face are the auto-high/low beam, the rain sensor function, the exterior lighting option which turns on the lights when approaching the car (great safety and convenient option especially at night), the auto locking of the doors (eliminates that nagging question I have when I'm in a rush--"Did I lock the car?"), cornering lamps (so glad Cadillac brought them back). The Bose radio is fantastic. I absolutely love the long linear hood that gives me a sense as to where the front end of the car ends! The CT4 comes with many more options too numerous to list here. The Turbo 4-cylinder engine is powerful and responsive. It took me a couple of days to get use to the fast response and power from it. Driving the CT4 on winding roads is a pleasure and fun. The car moves effortlessly and confidently without swaying. On the straight away it is a pleasure to drive. The ride is comfortable and smooth. I very rarely have the need to drive highways. Most of my driving is local and the car has been consistently averaging around 25 to 26 MPG on premium gas (which is recommended for the CT4). I have not owned this car long enough to attest to the long-term reliability of it but if it is like the other new Cadillacs (and the numerous other GM brand cars) I have owned in the past, it will be trouble-free and very reliable.

I traded my 2019 Acura MDX for a 2020 Cadillac XT6, so far my wife, my family and my kids, were very impressed with the comfortable seats and overall spacing. The trunk space, while using the 3rd row seating disappeared, you only have room for 2 carrying on luggages. I like that the outside noise disappears when all the windows are closed. The Bose system is excellent, the touch up screen is great. The heated steering is nice, and so are the heated seats. The panoramic glass above our heads, everyone enjoyed. The ride is very comfortable. The engine responds very well, especially when you step on the Accelerator, and has excellent system breaking. I only had this Suv for two days, drove it from the car lot. Paid $58.00 for wheel balancing after i drove it home though, also the back tires air were low. That would explain, why my back seats were swinging from side to side. Hopefully, my dealership can reimburse me........lol. So far, so good. My first experience driving a Cadillac.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

Amazing ride quality. Amazing power! A V-8 sound like none other I've ever heard. Comfortable. Some writers complained of lesser quality interior. While I wish there was less plastic, the interior quality is very good. The entire fit and finish, inside and out, shows off what cadillac used to be, simply the best in the world. I've truly never had a car that I enjoy driving more, and I've owned more than 250!

I gave up a 2018 Mercedes AMG GLEs Coupe, almost 600 HP and lots of great features; nearly $130,000 new. I traded for a 2024 Cadillac CT5-V, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. I love this thing, but realize I'm a sedan guy so that may influence my rating. The caddy is awesome, gorgeous exterior, great performance, great technology, and fun to drive. I got the upgraded interior so I don't have the complaints I've seen elsewhere on the interior quality. If you're like me and still prefer a gasoline performance car that gets decent mileage, I highly recommend this car. Love it!

Found a lightly used A220 that I was looking for here. Though they wouldn’t negotiate on price, it was priced very competitively. They replaced the cracked windshield and reset service notice (car had been serviced). Wish they would have topped off the washer fluid while they were at it since that notification was on as well. Dealership facilities are nice but very limited customer parking on site.

Just a beast!! Just doesnt ride as nice as my Escalade and CT6 V BW. So much quicker off the line and from moving than my CT6 V BW. Kinda wish I got the electric blue over the darker blue but my loss. Gas guzzler but it is a beautiful car that is stylish.

Brought my 2020 Ford Escape in for an oil change and point-to-point inspection. The service team was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. There was no pressure for a bunch of extraneous services that I “needed” and I paid what they quoted me when I walked in and even saved a lot by purchasing 3 oil change/services at once. They did recommend a few small fixes but said they weren’t critical and that I was good to go for my planned road trip! I also really appreciated the video inspection with explanations so that I could see things for myself since I’m not in the habit of crawling under my car and wouldn’t know what I was looking at anyway! Great job Westlie Ford! It’s good to know that I have a trustworthy service team that I can go to and rely on when needed!

My car is 15 years old. I've had it for ten. I got 29.5 mpg on my trip to Santa Barbara over Easter. Problem is is that is doesn't always start the first time. Supposedly has 'extended crank' which could mean the check valve in the fuel tank. The local dealer never could figure it out. To repair it will be cost prohibitive, so my search for the XT5 continues.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!
