Very soon after I sent an inquiry on Cars.com Jason sent a personalized video of the car. We were able to meet with Jason a couple of days later and purchased the car. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Jason Alt.
Rob, the service director is so nice and made it so easy to bring my car in for my first service appointment. He is always so nice and answers all my questions and very friendly. I was able to get a car to use while they worked on it. The service did not even take that long.
Cassie did a great job helping with us being from Indy and needing to make sure the truck was what we wanted before making the drive up. The only disappointment was they did not fill up the vehicle and the detailing was fair.
I've been blown away by the service. I drive a lot for my job and have to have my car serviced about every 6 weeks. The fact that you would have someone drive to my house and pick up my car and leave me another car to use was a deciding factor in choosing the CT6. I live about 50 miles away and never imagined service like this. Also stopped in to sign some papers and mentioned a service message had popped up...Tom Bohn in service jumped in and had one of the techs immediately check it out. I was just going to see about scheduling a time for them to look at it...but he was all over the situation. Everyone there has made the purchase of my car feel very special...you have a long time customer now! :)
I made an appointment, confirmed the appointment when I arrived on time it was the guys day off. So they passed me to someone I had not been discussing my wants with. I explained I had $32,000 to work with. They could have said "we cant help you" And it would have been no hard feelings and I would have been on my way. instead the kept me for 30mins. then came back with 34,500 and said they were loosing money on that. So I got up and left. First off they arent going to sell you a truck at a loss. Otherwise they wouldnt have a job. Secondly there is the sticker price, then the invoice price then the dealer cost. When they say they are selling you something at invoice they are still making $2-3,000 profit due to the dealer holdback and dealer incentive monies. I dont do games, I know what I want I know what I have to spend and I tell them so. either they can deal with that or they cant. I didnt appreciate their games.
This is the 2nd car I've purchased from Russ. He makes the car buying experience as quick and easy as possible. Nick in finance did a great job finding a lender that offered a lower rate than my previous lender! Will definitely work with these guys again.
Frankly... we don???t like shopping for new cars because of pushy sales and cost negotiations. This time was much different!! We greatly appreciated Matt not pressuring and overwhelming us with sales tactics to make a sale. No price haggling as we believe they gave us bottom-line cost based on our research prior to shopping. We love our new Mazda CX-9 and will suggest that friends visit Matt Tillapaugh when car shopping!! Thanks, Matt
Just bought a used Ford F-250. Very, very smooth transition. I’m not used to this kind ohhf car dealership. They don’t push you into your decision and I appreciate that! 2/12 hour drive from Lafayette Indiana well worth it! I’ll definitely be doing Business with them again for my next vehicle purchase! I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I think Joe did an exceptional job helping me get into the truck that I wanted. Lamont also did an outstanding job. They both were very friendly and informative. Lamont went above and beyond and was able to get my additional discounts as well. The only issue was having to wait around for everything to get finalized. overall 9.5/10
