In my recent effort to purchase a car from Impex I was very impressed with their responsiveness and overall professionalism. While the transaction ultimately didn't work out the sales team at Impex did everything they could to make it right. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them in the future.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

We were a little leary of dealerships and in the past feeling intimidated bad uncaring salespeople who treat you like your a number. We decided to go to Capital Chevrolet in Lexington as my friend had told me, her saleslady who's she's bought from for years had started working there, she has great reviews, credentials and Kim even showed us the commercials where she had been on TV and the internet. We pull up and to our suprise we are greeted with the warmest smile and welcome from the exact person we went to see, Trisha Hulin! I've never felt more welcomed at a dealership as I did that day. Immediately all of my fears melted away, without her speaking a word I knew we were in good hands and she was everything Kim said she was. She greeted us with a smile, opened our doors and even helped me get my elderly mother inside and seated. She Immediately ask if we'd like a beverage or a snack, it was like visiting family, we were treated like royalty and we felt important and appreciated. I had some credit struggles and was nervous about it but Trisha assured me that she would take care of us and indeed she did. She worked with such grace ,integrity and honesty every step of the way, she was dressed and carried herself very professionally, you knew she genuinely cared and was there to help us and guide us in the right direction. That lifted such a heavy weight off of my shoulders. Just knowing she was doing everything she could for us was such a blessing, I can see why she's highly recommended and everyone raves about her. She worked hard and diligently but, she got us approved for the vehicle that we wanted, me and mom were ecstatic. I admire her so much, for her love of helping others and with a smile on her face every step of the way. She has the sweetest spirit, very positive, she's beautiful and she went above and beyond to take care of us. I can never thank her enough for all of her hard work and determination. I also saw several of her new coworkers asking her for help and guidance and she didn't hesitate for one minute to lend a helping hand, this just isn't something you typically see at a dealership, she spoke highly of everyone, not one negative word from her even though we heard one of the managers make a rude comment towards her, that did leave a bitter taste in my mouth, but Trisha just smiled and kept moving. I have no doubt that there is challenging days for her, but her determination is that that I've never seen before in my 60 years. She took such great care of mom and I, and we are happy with our new Equinox, she took care of us from the very beginning and still calls to check in on us truly exceptional customer service and truly the best experience I've ever had. She is like family to us now and she truly made an impact for the good on me and mom that day. We will never buy from anyone else but her as Kim and so many other's do. my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives,etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Alex was called by us, showed us that car, not pushy, though, and we made the purchase. He followed up with us a few days later, which was nice of him. I only drive about 1500 miles annually. Last year (2024) I bought two of these cars, identical except for interior and exterior colors. No mechanical issuers to date. But the car is too hi-tech for me. I have little knowledge about what many of the knobs, buttons, computer swipes, etc. actually do. The owners manual, which you can purchase for an additional $50 is over 450 pages, I have yet had the time to read it. It comes with a sun roof which I did not want, but had no choice but to get it. It is very complicated, I liked the less complicated cars of yesteryear much better.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…

Needed and oil change on my Chevy Colorado. Called on Friday Nov 19th. Was able to get the oil changed on Saturday Nov 20th. Great service called me when the truck was ready.

This suv is exactly what I was looking for. It has a great exterior and interior appearance. The ride is smooth and very comfortable. The features of this vehicle are just what I wanted.

Bought a 2010 sedan. Has 170,000 miles on it. Absolutely love driving this car. Put a 60 hp Thorton chip in it. Woke it up! Already looking for second one. Not one rattle in it for as many miles as it has. Great value for the money and aton of aftermarket parts.

The CT5 sport looks great and rides great. I don't have any complaints, everything is great so far. The dealer, Dimmitt Cadillac in St Pete has been great as well.
