Very professional to deal with. Answered any and all questions. Honest about the car. No pressure. Great with financing and extended warranty. Would go back.
My Cadillac ATS is not my 1969 Fleetwood.

I’m retired and my son knew I was a fan of GM. He talked me out of a Chevrolet Impala and suggested the Cadillac. The price of the ATS was comparable to the upscale Impala. I’m closing on fifty thousand miles and I have had a few MINOR recalls (expected) and no operating issues. A safe bet! She’s a four turbo.
Everyone was very professional and courteous. It was easy to go through the entire process facilities are clean and comfortBle

This car drives well, feels good, and is inexpensive to own. It services like a Chevy, Uses Regular Gas, I am not worried about driving it through the car wash. The Trunk is enormous and the back seats fold down for even more space.
Very easy..Anthony was very thorough and professional..
Everyone was cheerful, nice to see.. Loaner car was clean..
I have at other dealerships received a dirty car..

Big Bang for your buck. Comfortable, sporty, luxury vehicle. My first 4 door, and it’s not like grandpa’s sedan. It won out over a Camaro, because it had more room, more luxurious feel, and can drive it all winter.
Mr Zeigler made it a Pleaseant experience. I like the way he took care of me through the whole process. Where other dealers make you get up and see three different people to complete the process
Loved my Cadillac so much I went back a month law!

I LOVE THIS CAR. The interior is beautiful as well as the exterior but I happened to see the interior a lot more so that’s why am commenting on it. It drives beautifully I got the black rims with the White Cadillac looks gorgeous
Brought the car in because of noise from passenger side front wheel when going over bumps. Replaced both front struts and mount kit. Noise from passenger side front wheel is gone. Now there is a much quieter noise from the left front of the car when pulling out of a parking place that wasn't there before.

Like it very much nice car and it was the one of choice out of three and it was Cadillac CTS and e350 Mercedes and Lexus 350 and I chose the Cadillac CTS
Gary the sales consultant and Jamie the sales manager were great to work with and made the leasing process simple and stress free. They went above and beyond to meet our needs and provided top notch customer service, without coming across as typical salesmen. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get into a luxury vehicle. They exceeded our expectations on all fronts!
best car i've ever owned

This is not only the best car I've ever owned but it is the best value in its class. It is supremely comfortable and yet performs like a sports sedan. Even though it is a large car it drives like a much smaller one and gets 22 miles a gallon with a powerful V6.
The Cadillac CTS is the best car I have ever owned. Purchased the car new and have driven over 9000 miles. The car rides great and the 2.0T (turbo) motor is very responsive. I was surprised at the acceleration and pep the motor has. It is quiet and the technology is easy to use and set up. I am a physician and am on call frequently. Reliability is a MUST for me. I love the car.
I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.
This car is the last of the luxury over performance vehicles from Cadillac. That being said handling and performance are decent enough, but clearly lacking when compared to others in the same market segment. The main pros are a quiet cabin and ultra soft ride. Cons, down market interior appointments and a CUE system that can be downright frustrating at times. Overall a good proposition if you are looking for uncompromising space, a reasonable level of quality, and have an affinity for the Cadillac name plate.
The performance is great and it has all of the extras that I could want like Bluetooth and Android Auto, Intellibeam headlights, Heads Up Display, Lane Keeping Assist, SiriusXM, heated seats and steering wheel, and much more. Decent mileage for the great acceleration and power.
