Dealer Warranty Repair for my 2012 Silverado Truck

10/9/18 Buying experience of my used 2012 Chevy Silverado truck was pleasant. Had to call 2 days later with a dealer warranty repair for broken manifold bolt. Even though I bought a used vehicle and not a new one, I thought I was going to be thought of as a low priority. When I called, the Service Dept person (Dale I think) was extremely pleasant and showed me the utmost courtesy. He scheduled my service for the following week and it was taken care of as scheduled. My experience with both the salesman (Chris Banning) as well as the Service Dept was absolutely superb. The quality of the service work was performed with high quality. I definitely am an extremely satisfied customer all the way around. Thanks again!
I dealt with Joe Maloney. Excellant quality service and a genuine desire to squire my business. I was coming off surgery and was unable to get into the dealership. We handled 95% via email. When I was able to drive we completed the process in 2 days. I am now driving my new Malibu and thanks to Joe could not be happier.

This was my first Cadillac purchase and my first purchase of an American made car in almost 20 years.I found the dealership was able to meet and exceed my expectations. The sales process was pressure free and everyone from the salesman Ray, the business mgr Ann, and the Sales manager Rob were outstanding. I'm loving y new XT5 and couldn't be happier. Cadillac has certainly come a long way and makes me believe in the American car quality again! Great job.
I had a great experience. The whole maintenance department was great. Very friendly and Andy was so nice at 7:30am. The time frame they gave me was point on and they offered courtesy shuttle and coffee and muffins. They are fantastic to deal with.
Excellent employees, all of them went out of there way to see to it that my visit went very very well. I will go back to the same dealer again and again. The best part was the parts clerk named Mark, he was truly interested in my problem and found the very best result for me. He went above what expected of him by me. It was in a word a 'Pleasant'.
I was in town from out of state but was having a few issues with a check engine light and how my ATS was running. So, I called Keyser and was told to bring the car right in and once I walked in the customer service rep greeted me and took the car right in. They addressed the check engine light, a slight rattle from under the car, and took care of a few recalls on the car that I had been putting off. They gave me a ride back while I waited and called in about two hours and had everything taken care of and the car washed. They were well aware that I was from out of state and would most likely not have to visit their dealership again, but they treated me with great respect and did a great job to get me in and out and on my way. Thanks for the great service.
