In past visits I have had to bring my 300 back for the same issue meaning that it takes time away from me. I have had times were I could not talk to anyone when I called and called to to get my 300 serviced, I purchased my 300 from there it is a 2008 that I got it new at the end of 2007 and this the only place I take it for service. Why is there really no kind of customer appreciation for customers that keep letting cars be serviced there other than any where else.

This car is absolutely beautiful. It drives very nice and the interior is very plush. I wish I would have bought one before now. Very comfortable and can’t wait to take a road trip in it.
My Salesperson was kind, understood I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it... The entire staff made sure I was happy and was especially kind because I am a veteran! They have awesome deals, it was an overall awesome experience!
Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
Having dealt with another dealership in the past, I cannot express how different Fairey Chevrolet is. There was no hassle, no hustle. Ty made the buying process as easy as it could possibly be. He is very prompt, and had me in and out of the dealership in about 20 minutes. He never attempted to sell me anything but what I wanted. All of the paperwork was completed and only awaited my signature. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

This car is very fancy never owned anything quit like it but I just love color and interior design. I have wanted a srx for awhile and glad I was able to purchase it at an affordable price

I bought my car a week ago and I love it.I didn't go to the dealership looking for this SUV. I just ask about it thinking I can't afford it the sales said yes you can I was like I can. So I bought it and so far so good. I have a warrant bumper to bumper . Everything is covered and I love that.
I shopped around at may dealerships but found the best deal and the most honest transaction with Ty Merritt at Fairey Chevrolet. From the beginning to the end the experience was pleasant, professional and just what I would want to expect. After several very negative visits with the bigger city dealerships, Ty redeemed my faith in purchasing a used vehicle not only with the professionalism but with the best price within 100 miles and I couldn't be happier.

We purchased this SUV because we wanted the extra room with 2 kids in car seats. Love it! Even though it’s 7 years old it drives like a new vehicle. I love the size of the vehicle, and I love how smooth of a ride it is. It doesn’t hurt that it’s gorgeous on the inside and out! I look forward to toting my little ones in this Escalade for years to come.

I think the car is stylish. It is definitely the right fit for my family and me. The car seemed to be in excellent condition. What I like most about the car is, it rides so smoothly and it handles very well. I almost feel like I'm floating on a cloud while driving. My last car purchase was 20 years ago and I have always purchased foreign cars, but I think I will stick with this brand! I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase.
Working with Ty at Fairey Chevrolet was by far, our best car buying experience! Originally when we contacted him on the phone about a vehicle we were looking at, it was out for the weekend with a dealer. We were disappointed because this was the only day open that we had to come look at the car due to our schedule. Ty understood we were serious about the car so he offered to personally drive the car to us in Columbia from Orangeburg so that we could have it and drive it for a few days. He told us to drive it and take it to our mechanic to have checked out and to see if we really like it. When he drove back to us with paper work in hand, he included a check for an extra key fob to be made as they didn’t initially have two keys. Not once did we feel pressure from them to buy or rushed for a decision. Essentially, the whole experience took place via phone and email, and was by far the easiest & most professional experience we could have ever received. Thanks Ty!

Compared the disaster BMW X5 4.0e that I own the Cadillac SRX was a standout winner in any comparison. Gas mileage was OK. Onstar is peace of mind at cheap price and unlike the BMW app, the Cadillac iPhone app works every time to lock/unlock or pre-heat/cool the car. I will NEVER make the mistake of choosing a BMW crossover over a Cadillac again.
I am in a different state and purchased a car from this dealer that I found on the internet and was able to make a deal and handle the majority of the transaction with their Internet sales rep Ty by email. He was excellent to deal with and made the purchase very easy.
I haven't had it a month yet. not as good as 2004

Lots of gadgets, I hope most of them continue to work. much more road noise than my old 2004 Cadillac. Low profile tires are the pits. Otherwise, it operates well. I just have to get used to lower quality of newer cars.
We had a great experience buying our vehicle today. I would recommend Fairey to anyone looking to buy a GM product. I have been using the service department for a while now and they do an excellent job there as well. Ask for TY he will help you, with great service.

This car is very comfortable, has so many luxurities and drives like a dream. Great gas mileage and we feel very safe driving it lots of car for the money !

I think it is a beautiful car (not everyone agrees). It is very comfortable. Electric 3rd row seating, rear A/C, electric sunroof running length of car, all wheel drive are some of this car's special features. Well maintained and gargaged. Only two owners. Has On-Star capability, XM radio capable, Lojack, and Bose Stereo.
