The Car LotReviews
The Car Lot review
Went to the Car Lot even after reading some pretty scary reviews. I worked with Eric in sales and Bobby and EJ from the management team. Pretty straight forward process and they actually worked with me to get to my number. Overall, great experience. I’m now the proud owner of a Nissan Altima. “They have no vending machines!!! 112 degrees and only water and coffee!!
2022 Cadillac XT4 review
Purchase was great price for a quality auto with many options. Provides a quiet, comfortable ride fo a great price. No quality issues so far. Sapaugh in Herculaneum provides great service that can't be beat.

Royal Buick GMC Cadillac review
From start to finish everyone performs beautifully. I?m always pleased after service here. Every point of contact runs like part of a well oiled machine.
2017 Cadillac XT5 review
We purchased this vehicle from a cadi dealer. At $31,200 it was reasonable. Today, 6 years later, you pay 10 grand more for new mid size cars. It had been a leased car with 25,000 miles. Have now owned it for 6 years and have driven it only 22,000 miles. Dealer was poor but that has nothing to do with the automobile. VERY comfortable, quiet, nice riding. Very good sound system. Has the V-6 and for a vehicle of this size and weight gets excellent gas mileage. Driving hwy. @ 60 mph gets 30 mpg, mixed about 23-24. Good visibility and backup camera. Lots of safety features. Beautiful paint. Just had to have a small engine part replaced. Part cost $27, labor $500 from my honest mechanic. Would have cost $200-$300 more @ dealer. Only repair so far and nly complaint. I replaced battery, as maintenance, 2 years ago. Air and cabin filters + oil changes are maintenance issues. Just discovered tranny service required at 45,000 miles. Will be done.

2022 Cadillac Escalade review
I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

BMW of Tucson review
Technician did the job well by fixing the camber and suspension. Him and the service advisor are knowledgeable. I waited for a few days to get it fixed since they have to order the parts and it was weekend, but I was provided with a loaner car at no cost. I am happy for their service. They did everything for customer's satisfaction and for my safety. Thank you to Estevan for keeping me posted. I highly recommend BMW Tucson.
2026 Cadillac Escalade review
This is my first Escalade and my wife and I love everything about this vehicle. We shopped other vehicles but decided on the Escalade and learning about the features and the ride quality. Have 5,700 miles and thus far everything has been outstanding. We purchased the Sport model and really like the way it looks both inside and out.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

I purchased last week a new 2026 GMC Acadia AT4 AWD with the excellent assistance of Sales / Lease Consultant Jacob Benzenhoefer, AF Vet, and the entire process was smooth as silk. Good price too compared to back in Colorado. My wife and I are super happy with the vehicle and totally recommend you reach out to Jacob Benzenhoefer by name. He spent several hours educating us on the types of vehicles available so when we made our choice it was the RIGHT ONE for us ! Royal Buick/GMC's forever warranty is a real bonus also.

I am very satisfied with the service experience. Justin Smith was able to go with me to go on a test drive to figure out certain concerns I had with my 2016 Chevy Malibu. He was able to accommodate me with a loaner and was very attentive to my concerns. Great communication and very professional. Justin went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience! This was around my birthday time so it was a great gift to hear that it was a battery issue and that my battery was still under warranty! I was so relieved and I am greatful to bring my business here to Royal Buick & GMC. Thank you Justin for another great experience. I appreciate every one for their kindness and professionalism. armax sales people were wonder to work with. No pressure, just their desire to show you a car that you would be interested in. Our salesman showed us the car we wanted and after the test drive, choose to look for something else. He inquired to our desires and slowly narrowed down the types of vehicle we might likie based off of our comments. We went from a Dodge Charger to looking at luxury type cars. Very easy to work with.
2020 Cadillac XT6 review
The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

Great car. My wife calls it a "Chick Magnet." The only fault the car has is Getting Parts! Once you have the parts, finding someone who knows about the car is a real trip! most mechanics don't want to touch the car. But with all the potential problems, still love the car!

Very GOOD! Easy to work with and efficient. I am happy with the repairs that were made. I would highly recommend this dealer and service department.
2021 Cadillac CT4 review
I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

This dealership doesn’t negotiate price. I randomly walked in one day and Michel helped me out, he sent me different car options over a few days and ultimately helped me purchase a great car. It was a quick and easy process which I appreciated and also a no pressure environment which was nice.

2022 Cadillac CT5-V review
This has got to be one of the favorite cars that i have purchased. All Black, White interior, CT5-V (non-Blackwing). There is ample power via all wheel drive to get out of its own way. Handling with the magnetic ride suspension is incredible, with it being a very comfortable highway ride, but put it into track mode and it really kicks xxx! The car is very solid, unlike other cheaper sedans i have had as rentals. Interior is nice, plenty of room, and very comfortable massaging seats. While this isn't the CTS-V with 600 HP, this is a great alternative for an everyday car, that can handle winter, but still give you a great thrill!
