H&H Chevrolet is a laid back, no pressure, dealership with a warm and friendly atmosphere. We were able to walk around the dealership and test drive a truck without being hassled or pressured. John is a phenomenal salesman - polite, friendly, knowledgeable and laid back. He went above and beyond to help us with our purchase and we won’t buy from anyone else. We are greatly looking forward to going back to H&H and buying another vehicle from John in the future.
I found them online and they called. I looked at their inventory and found the van I wanted. I am a mom of a combined family of 6 kids. I went through a horrible divorce several years ago and finally on my road to financial recovery. They were amazing with financing and getting me the vehicle that fits my lifestyle. We have been dealing with Forresters for over 2 decades and would never want to purchase from any other dealership. They welcome you as a friend and are always very helpful and very knowledgeable about all their vehicles. We always work with Travis Mummert and the only rating we can give him would be an A++. Travis is always ready to explain everything you need to know about the new vehicle. He cares about giving you as much time as you need to fully understand everything about the car. He has brought cars to our home for us to test drive in order to keep us from making a trip to Forresters. He has made special trips to our home to help putting the garage door in sync with our new car. We appreciate the time Travis takes to find the best deal for us. He???s extremely knowledgeable about special deals and rebates that apply to the car we???re purchasing. Travis doesn???t stop contacting us after the car is purchased. We know he will call us periodically to see how the car is working, if we???re happy with it and if we have any questions that he can help us with. We never consider buying a car other than a Lincoln because of its performance and comfort, but even more importantly, we have developed a loyalty to Forresters. They always make you feel like you???re a part of the Forresters family. And we don???t think we will ever find a dealer who we can trust the same way we trust Travis Mummert. I very honestly give the top rating possible.

First I need to say that my Eco Diesel was a bust BUST but when I traded that in and got my 4th Dodge Ram 1500 gas engine this experience had to be the best one ever. Keith Morris worked out one heck of a deal!! Eric Del Rosario was one of the best salesman I have EVER dealt with (before, during AND after), and Jason Headley went above and beyond with my credit. He even stayed late. I've never had an issue with the dealership (even when dealing with the ecodiesel, but that's why they quit making them in 2017.
Keith didn't have to do all he did, but he really helped us out because of all the things we dealt with. Eric texted me and kept me in the loop no matter what was happening since he knew my work schedule was so crazy! And like I said before Jason stayed late to work out THE best possible deal for my family. I couldn't be happier with what all they did for us!
This was our second time working with this dealership and have developed a nice working relationship with Mark Brenneman. We have come to TRUST this employee because he's very knowledgeable, honest and great to work with. Although we were buying a USED car, Mark treated us with a great deal of respect. We forgot to check a small compartment in our previous car and called a few days later to ask if they found a tire checker and a small coin dispenser in the car. He said he would check it out. It had been a couple of days since the sale and the compartment was already cleaned out. When we stopped by the dealership, Mark presented us with a NEW and BETTER tire checker and even an envelop containing small change to replace what might have been in the small compartment. We was truly thankful and impressed! He certainly went far and beyond what he had to do. We hope to reward his kindness and wonderful service by encouraging others to check out Mark and this dealership. By the way, he called a couple days later to see if we had any questions about all the workings of the car that he had previously gone over with us. Great experience! Thanks Mark! Bob and Sandy
My 12 year-old car was making an unusual whistling noise when people were seated in the back which I suspected was emanating from the rear differential. It was time to move on. The salesman was very low key and made the purchasing process easy.
Very timely and friendly communications via email, which was necessary since I am located in another state and not close to the dealer. I did not end up getting out to the dealer to purchase the vehicle. but they were good in their interactions via email. They followed-up without being asked. Based on the other reviews here, I can see they should be pleasant to deal with.
While the staff and sales experience were fine I do believe that a little modification is needed to the sales pitch for other products. It came to the point that I became a little annoyed with the stories and I just wanted to get out of your sales room and drive away in my new car.
We have purchased vehicles from Faulkner Cadillac in Mechanicsburg, PA before and will continue to do so. Rick Fasick does an excellent job doing whatever he can to satisfy the consumer, before and after the sale. Everyone at this dealership is very friendly.
I've been getting both my 2011 Outback and my 2013 Toyota 4Runner serviced at Faulklner. Always a good experience. Bought my used Toyota from them. They gave me more for my used car than the other dealers on the same strip.
Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
