I love my car. I am glad I went with this car. Compared to my Passat 2001, I am adjusting to the smaller interior. The seat is too high on the sides and area could be more roomier. Also, the trunk is smaller, than my Passat. BUT, the upside is I DO NOT HAVE TO DEAL with the Volkswagen service manager and all their excuses. My Cadillac dealearship is amazing.

Stopped by to take a look at their Mustang GT that I saw on their Facebook page. Unfortunately it was sold by the time I got there but they had 7 more mustangs for me to pick from! Ended up buying an older model but saved so much!! Thank you guys!

I love my Cadillac Escalade. Cars are made by humans so naturally they're not perfect. We've been driving it for 7 years with no major problems. My goal is to keep it and get another one soon.

I traded my 2019 Acura MDX for a 2020 Cadillac XT6, so far my wife, my family and my kids, were very impressed with the comfortable seats and overall spacing. The trunk space, while using the 3rd row seating disappeared, you only have room for 2 carrying on luggages. I like that the outside noise disappears when all the windows are closed. The Bose system is excellent, the touch up screen is great. The heated steering is nice, and so are the heated seats. The panoramic glass above our heads, everyone enjoyed. The ride is very comfortable. The engine responds very well, especially when you step on the Accelerator, and has excellent system breaking. I only had this Suv for two days, drove it from the car lot. Paid $58.00 for wheel balancing after i drove it home though, also the back tires air were low. That would explain, why my back seats were swinging from side to side. Hopefully, my dealership can reimburse me........lol. So far, so good. My first experience driving a Cadillac.

I've owned this car for 4 years now. It is my 1st Cadillac and I just love it! The ATS is reliable no matter what the weather. It's quick and powerful yet, great on gas mileage. It has all the features you could ever want: 2 wheel, or all wheel driving, heated seats, heated steering wheel, sunroof, programable garage door button, sync cell phone for hands free, push button start, remote start, can even start car from Google/Alexa. Has standard Apps on touchscreen for NAV, Weather, OnStar and Pandora (music). Love the sound quality from the Boise speakers. Despite all the features that I love; There are a couple of design flaws of the car: ATS has a sporty design, it is low rider. For sure it's a smooth ride, however it being so low you do feel all the bumps in the road and slowing down for railroad tracks is a must. I'm only 5'2 and have to step down to get into it. Anyone close to 6 foot tall will bump their knee or head getting into it. As for cabin room, it is tight quarters. This vehicle is not for the driver who likes to carry a lot of things in (their) car. The trunk is small and very little storage inside the cabin area. The front seat has standard small glove box, a small hidden compartment but still too small to really store & access everyday items like sunglasses, coins/change or cell phone. The biggest and most costly Con about the car is getting the headlamp(s) changed. You can't do it yourself, it's too tight of an area to get your hand in the light housing area. It's designed to where you have to take it to a mechanic and they will have to literally remove the front bumper to get access and getting this done is costly expense. Luckily the headlights don't burn out often, but it is a added expense to have in mind. Over all, it is the best vehicle I've owned and I have a wonderful experience driving my ATS and I will drive it until it can't go anymore, then I'll most likely get another!

The headrests arrived for my '15 Honda Odyssey and all is well. I'm not able to edit the previous lament when I was waiting for them, but Jason came through and everything is great.

A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

I have had the best experiences at Sheehy. Three persons I appreciate is Bill the manager. Because he has an open door policy. Lloyd who works in parts he always get the correct parts for me. He always is friendly and represents excellent customer service. My last person is Billy he is always kind, Knowledgeable, and keeps me in the looop about my car with the mechanics

This compact coupe is absolutely gorgeous and I love it more every single day… 6+ years later, styling can’t be beat! Two recommendations: 1) Take to the dealer and do a transmission fluid flush as soon as you get it. 2) Swap out the runflats for all-season or summer tires. You’re welcome!

I’m a believer that you can tell a lot about someone by their body language and demeanor... and I can confidently say that Dedin genuinely wanted me to have the best deal and car buying experience that I could possibly have, and worked very hard to achieve that. Dedin impressed me by his remarkable maturity and character for being a young man. Koons should be beyond grateful to have such a passionate and wholehearted employee. He actually owned the same model of car I bought (Genesis G80 3.3T Sport), and gave a lot of great tips and information. I greatly appreciated this, since you don’t see very many cars like mine driving around VA ;) Koons Hyundai in Woodbridge, VA, have just EARNED themselves a repeat customer. I genuinely cannot imagine working with any other dealer in this country other than Dedin and J.R. I cannot stress this enough: if you see a car you like Koons Hyundai in Woodbridge’s inventory, DO NOT HESITATE TO BUY IT!!! You will be receiving much more than a great car and a great deal… A great experience. And anyone who has ever purchased a car will tell you, this is something that is truly underappreciated. It’s worth mentioning that (at the time of this email 10/15/22), they are in the process of building a gorgeous new building... In the meantime, the sales floor is hectic and frustrating. A perspective from a car guy who has owned many sports cars: the ATS is a really solid sports sedan, but sales indicated not many folks wanted this great sports sedan. Why? It’s goodness has a few flies in the ointment: here are some quirks to this good car that frustrate and bother. Handling is great, but I question the run-flat tire design decision. Run-flats are harsh and noisy, but the suspension is tuned to compensate (except for the noise). There are no jack points or jack, so we are kinda stuck with the expense and noise. The 2.0 liter dual-scroll turbo is really fun. The light-weight body allows the engine to move the car quickly and nimbly. The engine does have draw-backs. Blow-by can carbon up the valves, and since the engine is direct injection, the valves are not cleaned by the atomized intake gas. Carefully scheduled oil changes are crucial for engine longevity. And then there is the CUE system. The knob-less infotainment system is better than you would expect (one gets used to it in surprising ways), but the touch-screen overlay dies. It has a gel layer between two screens that dries out and renders the touch screen useless. The part to repair it is cheap, but the center console must be completely disassembled to get to the screen. Very very poor engineering because cars sit in the sun and the the gel will delaminate. (Replacement screens without the gel layer are available.) Folks are frustrated: you didn’t hear it from me, but there is a class action suit regarding this screen and Cadillac’s blindness to addressing it’s flaws. I’m 6-0 and hit my head on the door edge every time I get in and out. You’d expect that of a goofy Italian car, but not of a Cadillac. Big deal? No, just reality. So, with no spare it has a huge trunk, right? Nope. The entire space under the trunk floor from axle to bumper is filled with a huge…..muffler. This is just plain bizarre. Biggest muffler/resonator I’ve ever seen. Exhaust note is underwhelming. With these little niggling bothers, the car remains one of my favorite sports sedans. It hustles but with composure and control. It is comfy on long drives, but instantly awakens for a mountain drive or twisty. The sales record indicates my frustrations are common. But drive it. I think you will fall in love with her and her “beauty-marks.”

I really love my Cadillac ATS and have owned and driven it for over6 years now. It is roomy enough for me and has been very very dependable. Has stood up to the test of time and has only needed routine maintenance ie oil change, battery replacement, tire change. I bought it used with low mileage and have put 50,000 miles on it w/o any trouble. I do not care for the temperature regulation inside the car, seems to be either blowing cold air or hot air, no in between. My boyfriend doesn’t care for trying to work on it and finds it complicated and frustrating and he can usually fix anything!

Wonderful service. Timely and efficient and very polite and helpful service men and women here. We also purchased here and that process was great. I always recommend this dealership to anyone and neighbors purchased here too and agree.

Has multiple outlets for our kids and has a plug just in case we need to bring in a microwave inside the car. Its really reliable and has lots of leg room.

I brought my car in for emissions and safety Inspections. I was there for about an hour. My vehicle was washed and the interior was vaccumed after the Inspection. Rene was my service advisor and I would recommend working with him.

I have a 2013 XTS Platinum. I brought it with 46k miles on it. I now have 209k and had 0 issues out the engine and transmission so far. I want a newer CT6 or a 2019 XTS but I'm not in a rush because this car has been the most reliable car I ever owned

Purchased my vehicle from Safford, Springfield in March 2022. The process was smooth and they did their very best to ensure I got the car I wanted at a very decent rate. Since then, I've had my car serviced twice by them (basic oil change + tire rotation) and they've given a complimentary wash each time. During my last service, I booked it the same day and when they realized I was in a hurry they gave me a rental car free of charge under my Jeep Wave program. I love my car and I can't imagine having purchased it anywhere else.

The service department staffs are very professional and knowledgeable folks. Their professionalism make the stressful process of repairs stress free . I was really worried about my commute to and from home to drop my car for the service needed, but to my surprise they provided me with shuttle services. Dropped me at my home from the dealership and picked me up from my home after my car was ready for pick up. Thanks to Bill, service department manager who provided me rides to my home and back to the dealership.

Great vehicle! Does everything well. Very nice looking ( especially when compared to like type vehicles!) interior is what you would expect of a Cadillac. Price is extremely good compared to most of imports of like type. Proud it is AMERICAN!

What a great experience I had! And I am a person that really dislikes car shopping. Especially these days. After searching for a couple of weeks, only to have cars I’d put deposits down on sold out from under me, I called JKH to see if they had what I was looking for. Not only did they have the exact car I wanted on the lot, but they had it pulled up and ready to test drive when I arrived. Frankys, our salesperson was knowledgable, helpful and did everything in his power to help us get the car. His sales manager went the extra mile to get us a price we could swing and the entire experience was top notch. Great people, fast service and none of the typical games. Highly recommend.

Super comfortable, easy to park, and second row bucket seats are a must for easy access. The paint is premium white. Rear seats remove easily.

I will preface my review with the fact I have not owned the car for more than a day yet, but I wanted to atleast review the customer service portion of my interaction. This dealership is not only incredibly professional, they are also accomidating and easy to work with. I called ahead because I had a long drive. There were two potential cars. One of the staff members walked me through the specs on both. He didn't try to "push" products and was really honest about both cars. I informed him of my needs in a car and he reccomended one of the two. I still felt like the choice was mine, but had all the necessary information to make a good choice. Walking into the dealership, I'll admit I was sceptical. I had been to three other used dealerships in the area that day and the outside looked similar. Inside? Completely different. The waiting area was very clean. They had all relevant information, including all dealer fees, posted obviously in the waiting area. Upon walking around, there were numerous awards from reputable car agencies, like CarFax. The owner walked me out to the car I called about. They were a two hour drive for me, and put the car on hold. Someone even wanted to see the car (that left as I was walking in), but they had promised to hold the car for me. The car was in amazing condition, especially for it's age (2005 Honda Accord). There were some sligh cosmetic "flaws" like residue from a window sticker, easily fixed. Upon entering the car, I noticed something the other dealerships had not done. The car was completely detailed. There were still vaccuum "marks" in the backseat, all the interior controls were clean and looking new. I took the car for a test drive, incredibly excited. The car ran amazing. No feedback, wonderful breaks, incredible acceleration, even compared to more recent car years I had looked at. The dealership walked me through everything, even printed out the 43 service reccords from car fax. When it was time to give the loan, they were incredibly patient and accomidating. The terms of my loan were changed due to the age of the car. Instead of pushing the sale or just saying "sorry, no", they walked me through all my options. I discussed my options with my father (who has been buying cars for over thirty years now) and he weighed in. We were both impressed by how well the options were explained. I was able to manage my finances in a way that enabled me to go home with the car. If nothing else, know this, the dealership is owned by good people that aren't pushing cars. They even give a free 90 day warranty (exact conditions in the dealership). This means they trust their products and want the customer satisfied. Thank you Car Bargains!!

Amazing ride quality. Amazing power! A V-8 sound like none other I've ever heard. Comfortable. Some writers complained of lesser quality interior. While I wish there was less plastic, the interior quality is very good. The entire fit and finish, inside and out, shows off what cadillac used to be, simply the best in the world. I've truly never had a car that I enjoy driving more, and I've owned more than 250!
