MIRACLE BUICK GMC OF KUTZTOWN review
Showed up at the dealership from 2 hours away without calling first. Luckily the car was still there. Ricky Dietrich was incredibly helpful and walked us thru the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everyone at the dealership was great but he stood out seeming like he genuinely cared about what we needed rather than just getting a sale. I highly recommend them to anyone and have already sent in 2 customers in the past 6 months who were also treated great.
2024 Cadillac XT6 review
We recently downsized from an Escalade to our XT6 Sport with Platinum, Technology, and Driver Assist packages. It is the perfect balance of luxury and sport and is a great family vehicle while still being fun to drive. The gas mileage is definitely an improvement and the ride is smooth. I love the panoramic sunroof and suede upgrade, my husband loves the fancy brakes. Our youngest son is 6’5” and I wasn’t sure he’d fit in anything other than a full size SUV back seat though he does fit fine. Highly recommend this for family or fun! While I prefer the luxury look on the Escalade, the sport package is more aesthetically pleasing to me on the XT6.

2024 Cadillac XT4 review
Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

2023 Cadillac XT4 review
My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

2023 Cadillac XT5 review
This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

CarShop Glen MillsReviews
CarShop Glen Mills review
I'm from Colorado and buying a car out of state is so nerve wracking. Tony & Syndie were awesome to work with. Tony provided specific details I was needing to the car and great videos. Every time I asked a question, I was told the keys to the car are with the GM. This was so meaningful to me as no one is allowed to mess with the cars unless they are serious and go through the process which is a huge advantage to the buyer. Obviously, the GM is highly competent & knows how to run a multimillion-dollar dealership & knows how to exceed buyers' expectations. I look forward to finalizing & the delivery process. The hard part is over!!
2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

CarShop Glen MillsReviews
CarShop Glen Mills review
I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.
2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

2017 Cadillac XT5 review
We purchased this vehicle from a cadi dealer. At $31,200 it was reasonable. Today, 6 years later, you pay 10 grand more for new mid size cars. It had been a leased car with 25,000 miles. Have now owned it for 6 years and have driven it only 22,000 miles. Dealer was poor but that has nothing to do with the automobile. VERY comfortable, quiet, nice riding. Very good sound system. Has the V-6 and for a vehicle of this size and weight gets excellent gas mileage. Driving hwy. @ 60 mph gets 30 mpg, mixed about 23-24. Good visibility and backup camera. Lots of safety features. Beautiful paint. Just had to have a small engine part replaced. Part cost $27, labor $500 from my honest mechanic. Would have cost $200-$300 more @ dealer. Only repair so far and nly complaint. I replaced battery, as maintenance, 2 years ago. Air and cabin filters + oil changes are maintenance issues. Just discovered tranny service required at 45,000 miles. Will be done.

2021 Cadillac XT4 review
We've had three Cadillac SRXs and a CTS coupe. We decided to get the XT4 Sport. It has met every aspect of what we were looking for. Better pickup for passing. Much better mpg, averaging 27 mpg. Let down is that it uses premium gas. We have taken a moderately long trip, and it performed flawlessly, handling well at interstate speeds. So glad to have a much better infotainment system than previous models. So many more bells and whistles than this couple will ever use. We are easy to please with simplicity in thought over gadgets. We could not be more pleased. And to note. I'm not an easy pushover on just anything I buy.

GENESIS OF CONSHOHOCKENReviews
GENESIS OF CONSHOHOCKEN review
After having a need to purchase a new car and deciding on a Genesis GV80 prestige we had visited other Genesis dealerships and communicated via the phone in an attempt to purchase a certified preowned vehicle. Although service was granted elsewhere the atmosphere once entering the Conshohocken dealership was different. We could feel a sense of acceptance, a huge desire to ensure the experience was pleasant and rewarding. Alexus answered all questions, took her time and made us feel that no one else was taking her attention. There was no hard sale and after determining that we wanted the car she, Noah and the female finance manager whose name fails me went above and beyond to ensure that our choice went home with us that day. We cannot say enough just how much the atmosphere was so welcoming. We would choose to do business there again. Because of our residential location it may not be feasible to visit this dealership regularly but only because of the location would we utilize another Genesis dealership. We highly recommend Alexus to anyone who may be in the process of searching for a car, any car as she can take you to any of the Conicelli dealerships on the strip. You will not be disappointed. Battaglia Auto Sales RetailReviews
Battaglia Auto Sales Retail review
Hello, I never thought that I'd be driving the car that I always admired, but, bought a house instead of the vehicle a few years ago. Yes, that's how much the vehicle was. Passing the Battaglia Auto Sales, I did some research and learned that first, its a Family Owned Business, its local Excellent review then seeing the vehicle of my dreams was fate. Not knowing that I would be driving it off the lot 24 hours later. Excellent Customer Service, everyone one was pleasant and knowledgeable in their field. I felt right at home.To be acknowledged when you step into a business establishment of any kind I measure my purchase on such a small gesture someone that Says hello, how are you doing today? He had me. It was a genuine greeting. He didn't have too. Based on the reviews; the cars sell themselves and when you put someone like Joe in the floor to welcomed everyone to acknowledge anyone, you have a success business and my support. I'm very very humble today. Thank you Joe. You went above and beyond to put me in the car of my dreams. My Range Rover 2014 Black.
2019 Cadillac Escalade review
Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

J. L. Freed Honda review
A family member encouraged me to consider a Honda CR V, when I was looking to replace my American made SUV. Online I found a 2010, with one owner, a clean Carfax, 27 maintenance records for $13K at JL Freed Honda. It seems too good to be true. Exactly what I was hoping for really existed. Then my experience got even better. My salesman was Geoff Smith. His “how can I help you” style was a pleasure. I especially appreciated how he did not “let me get my manager” me. And didn’t waste my time lowballing me on my trade-in, unlike another dealership I was at in Quakertown. To top it all off..,Chris, in the detailing department, did an amazing job. The car sparkles! Overall, one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.
2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

DELAWARE CADILLACReviews
DELAWARE CADILLAC review
I purchased a 2025 Ct4 Luxury from Delaware Cadillac in July 2025. I noticed some inconsistencies in the paint on the passenger rear quarter panel and the rear parking sensors were working intermittently. I contacted Tony in the service department, and she checked the problems I had. She scheduled an appointment with the paint service and had the parking sensors checked. The day I came in for the scheduled service, Mike checked my Ct4 again to make sure he saw the problems too be corrected. I was given a Ct4 to drive while the work was being done on my vehicle, this was helpful because its the same car and I did not have to figure anything out. Mike called and told me that the paint was worked on but he did not think it was any better than I had done with the touch up and the parking sensors were checked and seemed to be as they were supposed to be. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was very happy with the paint work and the vehicle was clean as I left it. It is important to me that some one knows that I am very satisfied with the way this issue was handled . I want give kudos to Dane Tjaden for sales, Mike Anderson and Toni Spille for service. Thank you, I have never been treated this well by a car dealer. ( Cadillacs are more than a car!) T. A. Olin To Whom It May Concern, I purchased a 2025 CT4 Luxury from Delaware Cadillac in July 2025. Shortly after, I noticed some inconsistencies in the paint on the passenger rear quarter panel and found that the rear parking sensors were working intermittently. I reached out to Toni Spille in the service department, who promptly scheduled an appointment to address both concerns. When I arrived for the service, Mike Anderson inspected my CT4 again to confirm the issues and ensure everything would be addressed properly. I was provided with a loaner CT4, which I greatly appreciated—it made the transition seamless since it was the same model I’m familiar with. Mike later contacted me to provide an update. He informed me that while the paint had been retouched, he personally didn’t feel it was much of an improvement over my own previous touch-up. He also noted that the parking sensors were tested and found to be operating as expected. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I was genuinely pleased with the paint work—it looked much better than I anticipated. The vehicle was also returned to me clean and in great condition, exactly as I had left it. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent customer service I received. It’s important to me that someone knows how satisfied I am with how this situation was handled. I’d like to especially recognize Dane Tjaden in sales, and both Mike Anderson and Toni Spille in service. Their professionalism, transparency, and care made all the difference. Thank you again. I have never been treated this well by a car dealer—and I firmly believe that Cadillacs are more than just a car! Sincerely, T. A. Olin

2026 Cadillac VISTIQ review
We've had our Vistiq Sport for only a couple weeks - so I'm sure our view will evolve. Lots of positive things to say - performance, room, handsome (not gorgeous...it's no Aviator or Land Rover) design in and out, great range (we are seeing 330+ range), features for money, good visibility and appreciate the vegan 'leather' seats. It is, however, hard to master the infotainment system - super frustrating. The lack of Apple CarPlay is missed more than I imagined (does not seem like a sustainable strategy). Perhaps once we are able to drive it without having to hit enough buttons as if we were re-tasking a drone our love for it will grow.

Sport Chevrolet Cadillac review
Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. The sales manager gave us the best offer hands down and we shopped the entire state. Charles and the Chevy team educated us on the car and the systems it boasts. We are extremely satisfied customers and would be willing for let anyone know about our wonderful experience. Thanks again Sports Chevy Team. Continue you excellent work. P.S. I know this sounds like a review written by the company but I assure you this is a real customer with a real experience.

Very responsive and comfortable car. You feel on top of the world. The features are great. The car rides as if it knows what you want to do. The massage chair is so worth it when you are in traffic or have long commute. This car is made for people who enjoy luxury but don’t want to pay for the high gas.
