I brought my 2008 Ranger in for leaf spring shackle replacement and it turned out that the brackets that mount the shackles to the frame were also bad. Since they quoted me a price to replace the shackles only, they replaced the brackets with no labor charge.

Colonial Chevrolet review
We have been going to Colonial Chevrolet for 12 years, and it is always a pleasure to do business with them. We spoke with John Woodland again, and he had us meet with Hailey George. She was Phenomenal!! She took her time, and along with Vin and Parrish they got us into an Equinox that fits our financial status as well as our physical needs. This type of business is the reason we keep coming back to Colonial Chevrolet of Acton!! George & Brenda

Matt at Tim's truck capital was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions and was willing to work with me being an out of state purchase. I found a truck in state instead, but I'd definitely work with Matt again if I need another work truck. Great business with a great selection of trucks

Best Ford Nashua review
Just before Christmas, I visited Best Ford. I was looking for a used King Cab pickup truck in decent condition. The salesman, Will, was very professional, in addition to being an outstanding gentleman. I was presented with a 2014 Ford F-150 STX. During their inspection, they discovered a chip in the windshield, and installed a new windshield (no extra charge.) I ended up buying it. I immediately took it on a 2000 mile shake down cruise to visit family for Christmas. It was and is absolutely flawless. I found that it had been VERY well cared for by previous owners, it was in excellent condition. So I've had it now for 2 months. It's a truly excellent vehicle. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Best Ford. I especially recommend Will as a salesman! One caution: have your financing established and in order before buying (unless you plan to use dealer financing.) But that is true with any vehicle purchase from a dealer.
