This was my first real time buying a car on my own. I'm a grad student so not only did I need something reliable, I needed to be able to afford it. I scoured the internet for trucks in my area (Binghamton, NY) - everything was over $10k and over 100k miles. Student loans are a black spot on anyone in my position, which makes it hard when looking for an honest, reasonable dealer with a good loan officer. I originally called about a car that was a little over 100K miles but under $5k. I got two calls the next morning from David. I called back and I was almost floored by his honesty. He said the car was making a "small sound" and he "wouldn't feel right" about selling it to me unless it was at a much lower price. He then recommended a truck that had only 66K miles for $5K with a perfect Carfax. I had no idea how it could be that low (compared to Binghamton prices) so I drove down to NJ for a test drive. Not only was it everything that I wanted, he held the truck while I got my own finances in order (for almost two weeks). There were more than a few interested parties with cash in hand. But he held true to his word and held it because he said he would. I have heard so many horror stories from my friends buying cars from smaller dealerships. I have to say that this could not have been a better, easier, or more enjoyable experience. I would recommend DND Auto Group to anyone looking for an honest dealer and positive experience. I started driving in 1975 and I wish that this model was made back then! My little Transit XLT has the tinted windows all around and is converted into a "mini RV" complete with a bed that slides out to accommodate two full grown adults. Not only has this been a blessing on cross country trips but also on my daily runs. The cargo space is fantastic and the van sips gas...This has been one of my favorite vehicles I've owned in the 47 years I have driven.

Had a very good experience at Star. Josh and Yiannis were very accommodating and professional, they had both excellent technical knowledge of the vehicles and were fair and great to work with. I also appreciated working with Sean writing up the paperwork and helping with the warranty of my new truck.

Plenty of room to carry the grandkids and still room in the back for carrying things. Navigator 2.5 L engine, back up camera, towing package and great features throughout. It's like driving a luxury car. I love my 2017 transit connect van !

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

By far the most simple and easiest car buying experience I’ve EVER had at a dealership. I called the Newton location and got Tom on the phone we had a great conversation about the truck I found on the internet. I made the appointment and when I arrived the next day he had the truck packed up front waiting for me with the door open and the keys on the seat. I took the truck for a test drive. When I came back to the lot I was introduced to Albert. He took me to the office and in 10 min had the deal done with a handshake. 1/2 hour later I was driving home in my new truck. Will definitely recommend the dealer to all my friends and family. Tom And Albert are top notch and they take the horrors out of buying a used car
