Executive ChevroletReviews
Executive Chevrolet review
I previously left Executive Chevy a terrible review; I should note that the advisor who dropped the ball was NOT Steve in the Service Dept. He's actually right now trying to resolve this issue, which was unbeknownst to me. I believe in calling "xxxxx and strikes", and Steve is making an attempt to resolve which at this point is all we can ask for, as the previous Service Advisor did nothing. Understand there's a lot of red tape for him to deal with and we're keeping our fingers crossed he can work something out. I normally don't like to have to "MF" a business, but it was warranted because of past advisor ineptitude. Still not completely sold on Chevy's, but if Steve comes through it'll restore my faith in USA cars which I love, especially Chevy trucks.

The salesman we worked with was knowledgeable and personable. He did not try to strong arm us or pressure us into making a purchase. He provided us with a background on how the dealership ended up with the truck we were interested and answered all of our questions about it. This dealership's professionalism demonstrates why it is one of the premier shop's in New England. You can't go wrong with them.

We needed a car for our son in a short timeframe before he went back to college. Mark was very professional but also authentically kind throughout the process of searching, buying and receiving the used car. He was honest and straightforward while providing a good product at a very reasonable price. He was able to quickly deliver the car and made sure we were happy with our purchase.

Talked to several used car dealers in the area, Mark was the only one who sounded friendly and acted like he cared about my business. The others seemed like it was a bother to even be on the phone. The car was clean and ran smooth. If you want great customer service with competitive prices then go here, you won’t be disappointed.

Recharged review
Staff was friendly, efficient and professional. Francesca and Kristina were amazing and made what could have been a stressful process pleasant and smooth. Recharged has a large selection of EVs and their prices were better than many of the companies I researched. 12 stars!
