There's nothing negative that I can say. The agent who contacted me was very patient with me and walked me through every detail I needed. He made it so easy and pleasant. My car was delivered far sooner than I expected, and I was very pleased and excited about that. I didn't expect my new car to be flawless, as it's a 2008 model. The car looks absolutely showroom perfect inside and out. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the mechanics or electrical system. I'll know more when my Mercedes mechanic goes over the car, but so far, I don't see this purchase could have been anymore perfect.

This Truck met all of my needs, great for traveling, lots of space in the extended cab, comfortable all around, drives smooth, 6 seater which was great for my family. Sits up high to be able to see all around me.

I bought this 2500 3 years ago with the intention of building out a simple RV for regular and stealth camping. It did not work out due to bed height but what a great vehicle. This is designed for heavy use and for a personal owner, should last generations. The power is excellent, especially considering the MPG: 20-25 MPG in real world use. The handling is also surprisingly good, I've actually passed rental cars on windy roads. The view is beautiful and it is built in Germany and very well. It is not a wonderful tow vehicle as it is not body-on-frame but is rated for 5000#. So you could tow some toys or a small trailer quite easily. These are pretty stripped with only original equipment and there are few of these. You really do want the rear camera and some other stuff. Like other German vehicles, it adds up. When it comes to maint, this bus is the bomb, the oil change is easier than a motorcycle. Get the 4 cyl.

Finding a reliable, well cared for, low mileage and reasonably priced used car can be a daunting task. It does not have to be... I bumped into Oswego Motors quite by accident. Spoke to Chad on New Years Eve having seen a car on the website that seemed suitable. I drove out to the dealership that afternoon, and found the car inside and cleaned up ready for me to view. Chad walked me around the car and we discussed not only the condition of the car, but also what I was looking for generally in a used vehicle. I was handed the keys for a test drive, and was told to take my time and drive it as much as needed to check everything out...which I did. We briefly discussed the price. I told Him I'd think about it and call after New Years Day. No pressure, none...to close a deal then and there. I returned on 1/02/23 and not only bought that car, but ended up trading in my 2018 BMW for what I consider a very fair price. The trade-in, was a bit of a spur of the moment decision on my part, and these kinds of transactions can become a confusing "fun with numbers" exercise. Not so in this case. Chad was very straightforward and transparent throughout. I felt confident that I was working with a completely honest, and capable professional from start to finish. We agreed on a final price, and the deal was made. The paperwork part of these transactions often seem to take forever. I think I was in and out in under 2 hours from the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove off...With my new (used) car...! I highly recommend Oswego Motors. I believe they are a committed and discerning group of professionals who have a great collection of high quality cars selected to meet the demands of the marketplace. We purchased my son’s first car from BG Motor Cars. Fair prices, no pressure sales but very accommodating. This is a small dealership and the owner handles almost every aspect personally. I will say that the owner does go above and beyond to deliver quality and ensure his customers are satisfied. Even though we did buy a used vehicle without a guarantee, the owner exceeded our expectations by making sure the small issue we did experience after purchase was promptly addressed. This Sprinter is great. I have a sharpening shop set up in the van. It is roomy, I can stand up inside. The rear doors open fully and fold back to magnetic clips on the sides. Tremendous air flow through. I get 22 MPG in all sorts of driving. The vehicle handles very well and the brakes stop better than any van I have had. I have driven this van for a year (20,000 miles) and had no trouble. The only negative is not many Dodge dealers service the sprinter. That can be a problem.

Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.

We had some unexpected issues with our vehicle we were trading and they were will to work with us to make the deal happen where other dealerships may have done nothing. The process was more more complicated than I expected but that was more due to the unknown issue with my trade. They were patient and straight forward.
