On Sunday, August 2, 2026 my granddaughter and I had an amazing experience at Folsom Lake Nissan. I purchased a 2026 Nissan Sentra SR for my granddaughter who will soon be leaving to attend college at a university in the state of Louisiana. Go Jags! A brief note on how the purchase became a deal. My granddaughter made a phone call to Folsom Lake Nissan in order to verify if a specific vehicle was in stock, Sebastian Galaviz answered the call and informed her that it was in stock and if she liked to come by for a test drive he would have it waiting for her to see and drive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Sebastian with a big beautiful smile and firm handshake and a direct walk to the vehicle as promised. Sebastian is an outstanding salesperson—professional, he is kind, and very friendly. He worked as a team player with two other outstanding gentlemen Mike and Nathan. They all carefully listened to our desires and truly worked hard to remain focused on helping us get the deal we wanted with absolutely no pressure. The three gentlemen friendliness, professionalism, and honesty created a family-oriented atmosphere,and with that experience, it made the whole buying process smooth and enjoyable. I found the best price on a Chevy Bolt with low miles. While the car wasn’t perfect, it was in good condition. The staff was friendly and attentive. Tony assisted us and made himself available by email and text, was very responsive and accommodating. No, they do not allow. Negotiation on their used car prices, but it wasn’t needed. The other reviews harping on that fact shoe the arrogance and entitlement some consumers have despite Their prices being more than fair. If a good product at a great price is delivered, why would you insult someone with a lower price? Have some respect. Only complaint was the cheap tires they put on the car. Horrible. But I expected a corner or two to be cut for the price I paid and for home delivery.

2013 Nissan NV Cargo NV3500 HD review
Overall this van is a good investment. Seems to be reliable, and dependable. Have had one issue with the catalytic converter going bad at 68000 miles. Have just put 2nd set of front brakes on. Brakes should last more than 40000 miles.
