A Better Way Wholesale review
Fast and dirty. 20+ salesmen all busy. 800 used cars from auction, none of them have been detailed yet. If you need a car today on a sub $15k budget I would go here and detail it yourself. Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!

I inquired with J&M on a Lincoln. Michael was easy to work with, the fixed price model makes the process easy. I reserved the car with a small deposit, then changed my mind and I was refunded within 24 hours of asking. Clear communication all the way through and good service. Didn't do business but would still recommend them

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

I had the best experience with Mauro Alvarez and Kelsey Yantosca. From the moment I started the process they treated me like family; made sure I was comfortable and that the process was as smooth as possible. They were both extremely knowledgeable, professional and showed me the best customer service possible. If you want a smooth, honest, and stress- free experience, ask for Mauro and Kelsey. I have always hated going to the car dealership as it was always such a long and stressful experience. Dealing with these individuals at Sound Auto has completely changed my idea of what the experience at a dealership should be. Thank you to the whole Sound Auto family for taking such good care of me.

Blasius KiaReviews
Blasius Kia review
I stopped to look at a vehicle on the lot and met John Nadeau. The vehicle was not exactly what I wanted. I gave John my info and not long after received a call. John said they went out and found the exact vehicle I wanted. It was perfect. John was amazing throughout the entire process. Always kept me up to date on everything and was super friendly, funny and so nice. I not only recommend Kia I absolutely recommend John Nadeau!! Go see him.
