10/10 recommend!! Mark Raleigh and Tara Castillo were phenomenal in executing my out of state purchase. Mark was kind enough to do a virtual tour of the vehicle for me and hold a deposit so we didn’t lose the vehicle due to being out of state. They were zero pressure and followed up every step of the way. Tara was quick with documents and even resending a few updates. They offered their personal contacts for after hours if needed as well. We elected to fly in to pick up the vehicle vs shipping it, and Mark was there to pick us up at the airport and take us to the dealership where the car was waiting with a gorgeous bow! The vehicle was in perfect condition, gas tank full and even gave us a load of snacks and water for the drive. Tara came out to introduce herself and made the final processing seamless. In under an hour we were in on the road with our new car! Mark followed up to ensure we made it back safely to Colorado, and that we had no issues along the way. Highly recommend for both in state and out of state purchases.

Darrick in service went beyond doing his job. He offered water, coffee and drinks while we waited. He kept on contact with me by texts and phone calls. He updated me every hour to let me know the situation. He offered to help us load our car onto the two wheel dolly for car and helped do it. We have never had more thoughtful person work with us. We were from Georgia on vacation trip to the national parks we had appointments with camp grounds for the next two weeks scheduled to arrive on certain days, if we had lost time we would have had to reschedule all our plans. Your mechanics worked us into your schedule so we could get back on road. They did a complete repairs job and found another issue to fix before giving our RV back to us.

Monte made sure I knew everything I wanted to know about the car. Even taking new pics and a short vid showing the successful operation of a component known to get damaged easily by misuse. I am so happy we had just honest conversation about the pros and cons of buying the car im interested in. No pressure even when I waned to review with my wife and contact them the next day. When I decided I wanted the car, there were some issue getting financing through my credit union due to buying a car in Utah while living in AZ. I was unable to get the loan because the car wasnt registered in AZ first. Monte took action and was able to figure out how they can still sell me the car by financing through them. They located a Credit Union in AZ that will provide the loan! Went smooth and the car was delivered within days! I never purchased a car like this without ever test driving it or seeing it in person, but they made the whole purchasing process as easy as can be for me. 2019 RAM ProMaster City review
Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.
