This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Why? Because when my sales representative, Joseph, introduced himself to me, he told me he was a newby, so i didn't mind the boilerplate questions he's been trained to ask. Then, when introduced to the Sales Manager, Kevin, I was able to tell him exactly what I was looking for and needed and he with little wasted time, was able to make a good, fair deal for both of us. I really appreciated that, as I felt my time was valued and they did not waste it. Finance was also very transparent and they got me a very competitive loan from another credit union., All in all, hard to imagine a better experience.

My long time Service Alvin is top notch! He is always ready to listen to my concerns and / or car service needs. He stays in touch with me throughout the day and strives to have my car ready when given a specific time. The team at Apple Commercial Leasing helped get us 3 trucks for our company. They were able to get us a better deal than we can find anywhere. they worked with our budget and helped us set up business TRAC leases on the cars. This will help our company grow and scale when we need more cars and save money! We spoke with them on the phone, emailed in out application and the next day we were picking up our cars! total of 30 minutes! wow! When was the last time you bought a vehicle and spent only 30 minutes? They also did a vehicle for my friend who only needed one car. She still got the professional treatment and the savings! This is the only way we will get cars from now on!!!!!!!!

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

The van is pretty solid for a van. Seems to handle well and has a ton of space. The ability to lay the seats down to create room is great.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
