AutoNation Ford Valencia review
I had an outstanding experience working with Austin, the Sales Manager, Peter, and the entire team. I was searching for a very specific Ford Raptor in a particular color, and although they didn’t have exactly what I wanted in stock, they never tried to steer me toward something else. Instead, Austin went above and beyond to locate the exact truck I was looking for at one of their sister dealerships. What impressed me most was their dedication to customer service. Peter was absolutely fantastic—he personally drove over two hours to pick up the truck and made sure everything was completed the very same day. Anyone who has shopped for a Raptor knows how difficult these trucks can be to find, especially when you’re looking for a specific color and configuration. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and professional from start to finish. They listened to what I wanted, respected my preferences, and worked hard to make it happen. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that genuinely puts the customer first instead of simply trying to sell what’s available on the lot. Thank you again to Austin, Peter, and the entire team for going above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with my new Raptor and the overall buying experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and exceptional customer service!

Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. We can't thank him enough for his patience, kindness, and phenomenal Customer Service. This location has a gem of an employee, and we hope that he is recognized! Thank you, Alex! And thank you, Juan! We look forward to working with you again.

John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Then he took the time on his day off to help me after the sale. Roger in the service dept also helped me out. Great staff here.

Overall, customer service was good which to me is by far the most important. I only had one issue and that was after getting my oil changed the next day the cover on the oil pan was dragging possibly to due to not putting it back on right. I took it to them the very next day and they managed to take care of it no questions asked. I also managed to have my tires swapped out for all new tires , as they managed to give me a decent price on them including installation. Communication was definitely great and I appreciate their service. I would definitely recommend dependable dodge to anyone looking to buy a car.

Dependable Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Dependable Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I had my car serviced at Dependable Dodge yesterday and it was a quick and friendly service. The car was done earlier than expected and they kept me updated on the progress all along. Their electronic interface is cutting edge. I received appointment reminders before my appointment, received a confirmation when I dropped the car off and then received a prompt notification when my car was ready. David, the service advisor, was great. I highly recommend having your car serviced at Dependable Dodge. It's a great dealership all around!
