Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I bought 2 cars in two separate trips on Saturday in the time it would take to buy one at other dealerships. Recent visit to Imperial Toyota and purchased a used vehicle and would like to acknowledge the wonderful treatment from our first encounter with salesman Carlos Campos! Once we found the car we were interested in we located Carlos in the showroom and he got right to work on letting us go through the car and then took it for a test drive! The car was exactly what we were looking for and in our price range! When the final numbers were brought together, we moved over Desiree in the finance office.
