Excellent customer service experience! Mon Sept 11 called Sarah Hersee to schedule LOF, Tire rotation & State Inspection. Sarah scheduled me for 10:15 am Wed Sept 12. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Usually purchase new cars but many friends suggested we look to Linders for a quality used car. We were really impressed by the "no Pressure" sales man, Ron Stokoski. He was knowledgeable about the stock in the area we were interested and showed us a wide variety to pick from. After trying some out we selected a 2014 Lexus ES 350 and purchased it on the spot. I made an appointment to test drive a Ford Edge that I saw advertised on cars.Com. I was greeted by one of the salesman who set up me up with the test drive. He was both friendly and knowledgable about the car I was checking out. I was confortable with the dealership because I read the reviews which were positive, and because I had dealt with them as a parts supplier for their repair facility which always came across as professional. I would have bought the Ford Edge, but ended up buying a Honda Crv at a local dealership. I would not hesitate buying a car from this dealership.
