After searching cars.com we saw a few listings that seemed like good prospects at Full Throttle. We took the road trip up and it has been well worth it. They had a large selection of trucks giving us a lot of options to consider. The guys there listened to exactly what we were looking for, explained their warranty policy right up front, answered any questions we had. The bonus was our schedules were a nightmare and we were over an hour away but Baker came through in a big way for us making sure every detail was taken care of and made it work around our schedule so that we could finalize everything and bring our “new” Chevy home. I previously left Executive Chevy a terrible review; I should note that the advisor who dropped the ball was NOT Steve in the Service Dept. He's actually right now trying to resolve this issue, which was unbeknownst to me. I believe in calling "xxxxx and strikes", and Steve is making an attempt to resolve which at this point is all we can ask for, as the previous Service Advisor did nothing. Understand there's a lot of red tape for him to deal with and we're keeping our fingers crossed he can work something out. I normally don't like to have to "MF" a business, but it was warranted because of past advisor ineptitude. Still not completely sold on Chevy's, but if Steve comes through it'll restore my faith in USA cars which I love, especially Chevy trucks.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

We bought a 2019 Dodge Ram from this dealership and I can’t find the words to express how great they all were. Nobody chased us around the lot and there was no pushing us to buy. I highly reccomend purchasing from them. I won’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Really enjoyed this car buying experience. When the car started acting up they were all over it and fo t it to a Ford dealership for diagnostics. Literally refused to let them send the car back until they were satisfied that my car is tip top. Can't say enough about Dave in sales, Phil their awesome mechanic who advocated for me like it was his own car. Then the GM met with me to talk about the experience and stand behind the car if the same problem recurs. Jessica at the desk made a rough week much nicer. So pleased to work with Blasius of Middletown and will be a repeat customer for sure!!

Found the specific, rare car for which i was searching. It was at Blasius pre owned. I had never heard of them so I took the trip from NY to see the car. The car was as advertised and I bought the car. 3 days later I went back and took delivery. Every part of the transaction was great. From the moment I walked in I was treated respectfully and everyone there is so pleasant. There were no games/nonsense just a straight, easy deal. No upsells, no hidden fees, it could not have gone smoother. I buy lots of cars and highly recommend Blasius. I recently purchased a used 2015 Toyota 4Runner from Full Throttle PowerSports. Overall, the experience was mixed but worth sharing for others considering buying from this dealership. Pros:
The sales team was friendly and low-pressure, which made browsing their inventory feel relaxed and comfortable. If you're someone who doesn't like being hounded by pushy sales tactics, this is a good place to go. They also have a unique and interesting selection of vehicles on the lot. Baker from the dealership stood out for being especially fair and reasonable when post-purchase issues arose. Suggestions & Cautions:
While the customer service was pleasant, I didn’t receive much detailed information about the vehicle itself, so I highly recommend doing your own research before heading in. Be prepared with questions and know the car’s background in advance. Communication-wise, skip the online chat and email—neither worked well for me. Calling the dealership directly is the best way to get a timely and clear response. I did run into some problems shortly after bringing the vehicle home, including needed repairs that continued over a few visits. Thankfully, Baker was helpful in resolving things fairly, but I can’t recommend their service department based on my experience. One big red flag came during financing. Rodney, who handles that side (under Prime Wheels), insisted I had to purchase a two-year warranty—costing nearly $3,000—or my loan through Westlake would be denied. This is absolutely not true; I’ve been approved by Westlake at other dealerships without being forced into buying a warranty. I felt pressured, and while he did lower the cost to fit my budget, I only agreed out of desperation and convenience. Bottom Line:
If you're looking for a no-pressure buying environment with a cool selection of cars, Full Throttle is worth a visit—but do your homework ahead of time, be cautious during financing, and don’t rely on their service department. With the right prep, you could walk away with a solid deal, just stay sharp and advocate for yourself.
