The sales, delivery and finance staff were very helpful and considerate. We had not purchased a vehicle in some time and expected to be pressured to lease and purchase numerous extended care packages as part of the purchase. We purchased the vehicle outright with savings we had planned for and the trade value of our previous vehicle. The available extended care options were explained to us and we were free to choose none or only those which made sense for our needs. We have not used the dealer service as the car is new and we are from outside the area but the purchase went smoothly.

Hi My name is Robin Covington i just want everyone to know my experience with rick hendricks chevy in naples fl Jim Pucci & Jesenia Martinez the two of them was great Jim is the one who sold me my Blazer i’m soo happy with my car thank you Jim and Jesenia helped me fix my chevy app on my phone somehow the app got lost thank you so much for fixing it for me from the moment i drove up nothing but smiles and this was before i got into the shop it’s very friendly makes you feel welcome when they did the oil change one thing i really liked was no grease on my car their mechanics are so clean i just love it thank you for taking good care of my car i would recommend Rick hendricks in naples fl to anyone it’s a place were you can trust that they will take good care of you Thank you Jim Pucci & Jesenia Martinez your the best alone with the rest of the staff
