It is always scary buying a used vehicle but Jeff made the experience amazing! He was honest, let us take the truck for our own private inspection and went over and beyond to address all of our concerns. This brother due are the gold standard for customer service and we would buy more vehicles from them in the future if the need arises. No haggle, honest people. We love the truck and it passed all inspections!

I commute 700 miles a week in this truck. It gets good gas mileage and is reliable and comfortable. At 263,000 miles it is still going strong and my mechanic thinks I may get another 100,000 to 150,000 miles. It’s a great smaller-sized truck.

CAR LUXReviews
CAR LUX review
I purchased a BMW X5 but was originally looking at the X3. I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Brayan Gonzalez at Car Lux in Hawthorne! From the very beginning, Brayan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—there was absolutely no pressure. I really felt like he was genuinely listening to me, understanding what I was looking for, and paying attention to my needs rather than simply trying to make a sale or push me toward what benefited him. That made such a huge difference in my experience. Brayan was extremely responsive and continued to provide additional information and answer my questions throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt like he wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed and confident decision. The entire dealership experience was great, but Brayan truly stood out. When I’m ready for my next car purchase, I sincerely hope he’s still there because he is absolutely someone I would come back to and recommend to others. Thank you, Brayan, for making what can sometimes be a stressful car-buying experience feel comfortable, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. 5 stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was interested in a car at this dealership and talked with one of the owners, Ann. She helped me so much in going over the details of the car and service records. I ultimately decided not to buy a car now because I have to deal with house issues and being a senior citizen have to be careful with finances. When I am ready to get a car I will definitely contact Horning Auto! Thanks Ann!
