So the first salesman I delt with was atrocious, betsy. She had an appointment with another family which I understood but just left me and my hectic family sitting and feeling very ignored. Then she sold me a car that isnt even the one I test drove because she wasn't listening to me. She was to busy helping the other family. When the car they pulled up wasnt what I was expecting I just broke down and cried. Dusting the manager called the next morning and made it right. Cameron the salesman I delt with the following night was wonderful. Listened and was helpful. It was a frustrating moment to have them bring the liar back up to try and figure out what happened because I really just wanted her out of my face for all of her lies. Thank you Dustin and Cameron. The only thing that would have made it better the next night is if I wasnt so beat from being at work and I wanted the fight I should have given to Ms. Batzbe. If I could recommend the dealership it would have to be with the explicit instruction to only work with Cameron or Dustin.
As an experienced car buyer, I recognized every sales tactic that Daniel employed to get me to the bottom line. He didn't push too hard and figured out quickly how far to push. Making a deal and sticking to it, even though we ultimately went with outside financing, was very important to us.

His approach was professional yet easy going without any pressure. Regardless of whether we bought a car at this dealership, he wanted us to have a pleasant experience. This Colorado truck is for my wife and with Gabby explaining everything about the options to her and me was great. We had actually picked out another Colorado with less options and when we found out it did not have remote start we went to another one and Gabby or Monte did not hesitate to move us to another truck. We had a good experience.
