We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!
My sales associate Gary was absolutely the best. I have never been so relaxed and comfortable at a dealership before. He didn't just care about making a deal, he cared about making me a deal I liked. Truly the best!!!
We were searching for a gently used XT5, and Delaware Cadillac had one that looked great. Mike Cassidy was our salesperson, and he was terrific. Price, color, and options were just what we wanted. Cutting the deal was easy. When we arrived a few days later to pick up the car, the detailing of the vehicle was as good as I have seen, and I have owned a pile of cars. Put is next to one brand new and don't look at the odometer, and there is now way you could tell it was not brand spanking new. We love the car, and appreciate the professional treatment we had at Delaware Cadillac.

Saw a vehicle listed online and emailed the dealership after close. I was contacted the next day by Bill and he was helpful right off the bat. I drove down from PA and the car I was interested in was set up out front and ready to go. It turned out to not be a fit for me, but Bill and Scott did their best to fill my needs. I came away without a car, but these guys did their best to find what I was looking for- no sales pressure, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and all of the other people at the Greenhill location that I had contact with were courteous and friendly. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
I just drove off the lot today in my fifth Chevrolet Cruze in the past 5 years from Diver Chevrolet and I could not be happier. My sales person Scott Fisher is the best of the best. I could not have asked for a better dealership or salesperson. Both Diver and Scott Fisher rocks!!!!

The sales team put no pressure on me and kept the exchange of information open ended. The salesman,Scott, apparently, listened to me because he had the exact model, options, and color I wanted. My jaw dropped. He handed me the keys , set up onstar and said to fed ex any thing I didn’t bring with me to complete the sale. The business manager, Michele, expedited the paper work skillfully.

The estimate to repair my car was very high. It is an 11-year old Impala, which has been very reliable. I love it. I told the service rep it was going to take several days to decide whether I wanted to spend the money for the work. He was very patient, waiting to hear from me, rather than calling non-stop. He answered all my questions. I did authorize the repairs and the car is running as well as it did when I brought it home. It's always a positive experience when I need to contact the dealership, Diver Chevrolet. All reps are pleasant and helpful and return phone calls promptly.
What a family experience with the most comfortable atmosphere I have ever experienced at a car dealership!
