At MBC, no pressure to buy, friendly atmosphere, and understanding from Mr. Corky Franklin, Mr. Brad Witmer, Mr. Matt, and Mr. Mike Miller. I needed an oil change and asked to have my brakes checked. It was found that I needed front brakes and another repair. I had been hearing noises and they found out the reason. Thank you for calling me with the added charge before doing the work and doing the work in one day.
Car buying can be stressful and tedious, but Joe Kopp, our sales associate at JBA minimized the downsides. He worked hard to get us the lease deal we wanted on a 2018 Malibu and succeeded. JBA undersold other dealers we patronized. We live in the Towson area, so the drive to Glen Burnie, while relatively long, was well worth it. A diligent, hard working sales associate, friendly staff and a solid deal - what more could one ask?
Most people, myself included usually dread the dealership experience. My experience with JBA used sales department was stress free and easy. I took a test drive with my daughter ( recently everyone get license). I was able to take a thorough test drive with no interruption or"preset" routes. Impressed with the car, I told my salesman Curt that I was interested but needed to set a time 2 days later. Curt never pressured me to buy that day and I called him two days later after work to set an appointment. The car was ready and priced well within what Cars.com stated. Some easy paperwork and I was on my way. Good job
This was my first time at Criswell and my first Chevy! Anthony was the type of salesman you want to deal with. knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. He listened to me about what I wanted and went out of his ways to get it.

After searching all the dealer in my area concerning trading my C7 and purchasing the Cruze diesel,I contacted Criswell 1050 miles away. They beat all the dealers in my state by over $1000. Well worth to 1050 mile drive each way to make the deal. My salesman,Anthony Vattuone,made the experience seamless and could not have been more accommodating. I have recommended him AND the dealership on forums for anyone make a trade or buying outright. I had the best buying experience in decades with them and I will do so again.
I bought an M3 from Bennie and Josh last year, they were straight forward guys and I bought the car sight unseen, they helped me set up the shippers were always prompt with phone and email responses and were very professional. Good experience. Thanks guys.
I bought a 2007 Nissan Altima really nice car less than 100,000 miles. Great customer service from this company and I would recommend anybody to shop with these guys they provide friendly service to there customer.
I visited and subsequently purchased a new Ford Escape at Norris on Nov 8 2018. My salesman, Jason Catanzariti, was awesome in his knowlege of the Escape and the Edge. He explained to me all the bells and whistles that the Escape and Edge had. It took me a while to decide between the 2 modles and Jason was very patient with me. I recommend Jason highly. Also, the FI Manager, Will Watson, handled the financing of my new vehicle and the extended warranty very quickly and professionally.
Patty, Boyd and Chris made my transaction quick and smooth. There's not really anything else to say. If you've bought vehicles in the past, you know how important that is. I was in, and out the door in just over an hour. That is not an exaggeration.
The saleswoman Patricia and the whole staff were terrific to work with for the purchase of our new Chevy Colorado and the trade-in of our old Camry. No pressure sales which we appreciated and Chevy had an additional Veteran’s discount available of $1000 also, so that was great news! Even the gentlemen in their finance department were nice and patient and no big pressure to use their financing once we told them we had another firm.
Came back for another vehicle from T. A. Since I purchased before they gave me an even better deal this time. Have referred friends and trust auto showed great appreciation. Salesman David made the transaction smooth both times, not at the dealer all day like my past experiences.
