I drove 2 hours to go take a look at what I felt like was my dream mommy mobile. Turns out, in fact the vehicle I looked at was. Shelby Sides was my sales representative and she was amazing to work with. She impressed me right from the start by having the vehicle parked under the shelter waiting for me to arrive because it was forecasted to rain most of the day. That was a personable touch I felt really hit the mark in terms of customer service. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle; if I asked a question she didn’t know the answer to with confidence, she went and got the answer for me. She gave my mom and I free reign over test driving and looking the car over without any pressure, and the few minor things we did find she put her nose to the grindstone and addressed all of our concerns. Every single person we interacted with from Shelby on the sales floor to Nathan the sales manager, and yes even to Ashley the finance manager were all top notch, professional, and friendly. They all really made my mom and I feel like we were part of their family. They gave us a very good price on the new vehicle and made sure we were well taken care of, they even included a full tank of gas for my ride home, which is something most dealers just don’t do anymore. I felt respected the entire time I was there and walked away as a very satisfied customer. I would 100% recommend them to anybody who is in the market for a new or new-to-them car. They were the only dealer in NC who had the exact make, model, trim level, color scheme, and satisfactory mileage I was looking for. It ended up being a truly perfect buying experience! Robert didn't hesitate and said not to worry we will work something out. They delivered my vehicle on Friday and gave me gas $. This was totally the exception and a worthwhile experience.

He was kind enough to hold the van until I was in his area about two weeks later. Despite a few scratches, the van was everything I needed. The rare cargo area air conditioner was the selling point. We agreed on the final price and he accepted my personal check for the balance, even though I live 430 miles south. I was nervous about the drive home but the van ran perfect! I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend Delta to anyone. I heard from the mechanic I hired to check out the van that Sal is a good guy, and he is!

Nice guys. They showed me their prices and fees. The test drive process was incredibly simple. Almost too easy. When it came time to start the buying process I didn’t understand all the fees and more fees that changed the price of a 2011 Camry from 10,900 to up around 13,000. I appreciate they gotta make a living and they’re a little shop…but I’m little too. I ultimately didn’t buy, but like I said, nice guys and way easy process to test drive a vehicle.

2014 Chevrolet Express 3500 review
I've owned several of the 'body on frame' vans, and the Chevrolet is the last man standing. I've got almost 200k miles on a 6.0L version, with only minor maintenance items (water pump, starter). If you've got a large crew or a towing need, or both, this is the answer. Scout troop on a waterski outing with a 21.5' inboard? No problem! Family and all the Zombie apocalypse gear? No problem. Of course, it's ugly, but way cheaper than a Suburban and way more comfortable that trying to get into the back seat of a Suburban, and better tow ratings and cargo capacity, too.
