Luciano is a person very dedicated to his work, is attentive, listens to your needs, answers all your questions, gives you options, the most important thing for him is that you leave happy with what you buy.
When I walked into the dealer, Paul was the first person to welcome me and he was so nice, not aggressive at all and soft spoken. Normally you get over the top aggressive salesman that make you feel so uncomfortable when you are car shopping but he was the total opposite and I was so pleased to work with him. The whole process was wonderful and I will definitely return to him for future purchases.
Just picked up a new 2019 Chevy Equinox from the only salesman that gets my business (Tony Volturo)! I've lost count on the number of Vehicles I've purchased from Tony but the process is always a breeze and I'm in and out with the best possible deal every time so I will be a customer for life!
Reliable and great gas mileage

This car is perfect for anyone with a commute for work. Great gas mileage. I have reached 45 miles per gallon over a 50 mile span!!! Much more sporty looking than previous malibu models.
The most expensive dive keg I ever bought. Game in to get a key made ended up buying a vehicle.Sean was easy going. I wanted to look at the new trucks they showed me one but it was not the trim I wanted. They found another and did a dealer trade.we wrapped up the deal relatively quick. Car salesmen have a bad reputation and I think there's some truth in why they do. However Sean and the folks at wickstrom were not pushy, in fact they were laid back and let things happen at the pace I chose. Never felt pressured. The folks there did their job without all the pushy BS that you expect to get when you go to buy a car. I looked on truecar and had sales people calling me constantly like fresh blood in shark infested waters. Give wickstrom an opportunity they won't harass you they'll help you out.
Glad I purchased this vehicle...

I like car a lot except for the car turning off whenever you stop (gas saver), really a pain and wished there was a way I could turn that off but other than that everything else about car is PERFECT!!!!
Always excellent, courteous service. Mark Conover always finds what I want and works with me to Come to a fair price that I can manage. If my vehicle needs service, I trust Wickstrom to do the Best job ever. I've always been happy and more than satisfied with every vehicle I've ever bought Going back over 40 years!

I bought my 2017 Malibu brand new with 400 miles on it in August of 2017. I loved this car until October. Please see below
1. Airpocket in the coolant which the factory should have flushed out before getting to the dealerships.
2. The navigation touch screen went black. Had to get the part replaced
3. Keyless on and start wouldnt turn off the engine. Had to get the part replaced
4. Brake line hitting the Firewall. Dealership secure it
5. Muffler was moving so it was making a noise. Dealership secure it.
6. Chemical smell coming from the vents when the AC is on. Dealership fixed it
7. Carpet is falling out on from the front passenger side door area.
All these issues I called GM Corporate and asked them to buy back my car. They denied i but couldnt tell me why they denied my claim.
They stated that I can buy a new GM Vehicle.(Hmmm) or Call the Better Business Bureau.
This will be my last GM Vehicle I will ever own. Previous cars, Beretta, Monte Carlo, G6, and lastly this Malibu
I visited Wickstrom Chevrolet and was helped by Sean. I really appreciated his patience and knowledge. Sean showed me 2 models, and we test drove both. Sean is an honest salesman. I have worked in the automotive industry for 14 years, and every word he spoke to me was truth. He was not overbearing or too assertive, as I have experienced with other salespeople during my adventures in car shopping. Sean asked me how I felt about the 2 different models I drove, and it helped me figure out which Chevy really sang to my heart. Though I did not strike a deal at Wickstrom, I thank Sean for helping me realize the Impala is the best car for me. I would definitely come back to Wickstrom next time I want to buy a car to give things another go.

I love my Chevy Malibu. I wasn’t going to purchase a new car, but fell in love during the test drive. Spacious enough for a family of 5
Tried to get info on a car online. I never heard back from them from making an inquiry online. Ended up calling after a few days to get my question answered.

This car is very spacious and luxurious feeling. The trunk is huge and so is the back seat. This Malibu rides very smoothly, and the acceleration is great even though it's only a 4 cylinder (also has a turbo).
This place is great. Always friendly and helpful staff especially Sean in service and jim in parts. One thing is needed a pop mechine I don???t like coffee.

Just bought this used 207 Chevy Malibu. Was previously a rental car so it was pretty well maintained. Had 41k miles. My only problems with it is that the autostop engine feature doe not have a disabling mechanism. I do t have the choice to use it or to disable it. And the gas seems to go pretty fast but the tank is pretty small so it makes sense and I life in a big city.
Debbie always takes excellent care of me and my family. She sold us our last car and was awesome. So when we were looking for another vehicle, of course I came looking for Debbie. She genuinely wants to get you the best deal and does what she can to make it happen. Thank you for making a big purchase enjoyable and easy!

This vehicle is comfortable, drives smooth, and has all the hookups I need! I used to own a 2005 malibu and I am happy we chose another yet new malibu.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Quiet ride; high performance; beautiful inside and out; great on gas, plenty of leg room and head room. Comfortable ride..many amenities..did I say it was beautiful inside and out? Cajun red w/high gloss; awesome stylish wheels! I love it.
