I purchased a used vehicle that I found online. I emailed them initially about it and got a call back from Laurel right away. She was super great on the phone and worked through all the questions I had. It didn't take but a day to work out all the details and I booked a flight to come pick it up (I'm in St. Louis). She picked me up from the airport (on her day off even) and made sure everything went through before she left. Couldn't be happier with the experience and I would recommend them highly.

I really like my Malibu but I had a pretty serious accident with it. Went to pull into a parking spot & accidentally hit the cruise control & car took off like a rocket! I had zero brakes, scariest 10 seconds of my life! I’m only 30 something & trust me, I hit the brakes hands were black & blue from grabbing stearing wheel trying to stop Vehicle! Had 8k worth of damage & the life scared out of me! No other issues but be aware of this! It could safe your life!
Called to see if we had a recall on our Cobalt,they confirmed there was,had to wait a couple days for parts,so we made appointment, dropped car off and work was done in the time they said,a bit of extra work was needed to make it right and they took care of it and covered it too. Thank you Brother's Chevrolet

This car is comfortable and has lots of room for my grandkids to ride in. I love this car . It is nice looking and rides so smooth with great gas mileage.
I cannot speak highly enough for the attitudes, quality, and experience that my wife and I received at Michael Ray. The car was exactly how the pictures showed it to be, they were generous with letting us drive it around for as long as we wanted, and gave us a very generous trade-in credit for our car. We didn't know if we'd be buying a car that day, but we were thrilled to drive one of their vehicles home. We expressed concerns about one small issue with the car at time of purchase and they happily sent us over to a local mechanic's store to resolve the issue as part of the purchase price. That company was equally as professional and skilled and the whole experience made us feel like we were well taken care of. I would 100% recommend this company to my friends whenever they are in the market for a used vehicle. It's been....3? 4? weeks now since purchase, my wife loves driving it, and it hasn't spontaneously blown up or fallen apart on the road or made me think for one minute that the car is anything less than a stable and comfortable vehicle. Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
Received excellent care during my first visit at Liberty Ford in Brunswick. Craig johnson was very proffessional and took his time answering my questions and the entire staff was friendly. my car is back to normal and i feel comfortable and confident recommending them if you are considering them for your next repair.

The worst front wheel drive car I've ever had. Lost traction at slow speed just in the rain! Lousy headlights, very difficult to see at night. Comfortable seating, but everyone had difficulty getting out - car sits too low. Paid a lot for it used, but doesn't hold value. Had a lot of recalls. Experienced more repairs than any other car. Large trunk but small opening, so could not fit anything deeper than a small cooler. Test drove the Impala prior to the Malibu - they both make a big clunk, like there is a log rolling around in the back during sudden stops. Would never recommend either car.

The Malibu is a very comfortable car to drive, plenty of interior room. Pretty good on gas mileage. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone.
Service department at Next Step Auto Sales is absolutely amazing. From the moment you pull up, they get it in, get it done and get it out at a great price. May not sound like much, but now a days, even something as simple as great customer service, has proven to be too much for other dealers.

Just bought this used 207 Chevy Malibu. Was previously a rental car so it was pretty well maintained. Had 41k miles. My only problems with it is that the autostop engine feature doe not have a disabling mechanism. I do t have the choice to use it or to disable it. And the gas seems to go pretty fast but the tank is pretty small so it makes sense and I life in a big city.
I want thank my salesman Tone for everything. He tried to put me into a new Toyota, but the timing wasn't right. Cause a lot of things have change int eh past few years. So I told Tone that i will hold off for now on getting a new Toyota. And he was very understandable about my decision. So I bought out my lease and I will see him in a few years when things have changed. Thanks for everything Tone. And tell Ryan thanks again for all his help.

Water leaks into trunk

Mfg nor dealership will take responsibility for mfg default with water leaking into trunk. Constantly sopping water out with towel. Sealant tape is cracking and showing signs of rot. Water builds up arounf extra battery on driver side behind tail light. Nice ride, descent mileage(not good avg 24). Ive had two diagnostics done. One by dealership they waived 125$, another frebbie by auto body shop. Im having to lay in trunk while raining and storming trying to pin point leak. Can hardly wait to get my FORD ranger going and get rid of this black mold collecting vehicle.
These gentlemen are very Quick and VERY polite and also very professional. These guys are truly amazing. Thank you so much! You definitely have my recommendation!

The electronic transmission sucks xxx! Car technically shuts down at stops to conserve fuel. It will roll backwards if you stop on a hill. Electronic stuff going crazy, now when I put it in park a warning ’’ comes up and says ’shift to park’.. Last night we shut the car off, the shift to park warning came up, the lights and the radio wouldn’t shut off and the key fob was in my husbands pocket and when he shut the door it honked like it does when the key is left inside. I’m so glad this xxxxxxis a lease!!! Don’t need to be stuck with the s#i+
Had a difficult experience at the Akron location. My husband and I decided to go to the Bedford location for more options. Nothing was as good as the car we looked at in Akron. Brooke offered to transfer the car from Akron, add 80% tires, fumigate the car, and match the Akron location price. Very happy with experience and her professionalism.

Numerous repairs to the hvac system on this car and fighting to get gm to honor the certified warranty has convinced me to buy a different brand in the future. I learned the hard way that GM Certified is just a marketing tool.
