On August 18, 2018 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Andrew Thornberry. At the completion of the purchase he informed me that the parts department was closed so he would send my second key to me through the mail. Three months, several phone calls, four emails and one letter later, l still don't have my second key. This is not a simple process of having a key cut, because my car is push to start, the key has to be programmed, and the key itself is a $150 investment plus the programming cost.
If you???re looking for a vehicle MC Chevrolet is the place to go. The sales dept is knowledgeable and will work with you. They did a great job at explaining everything- with break downs. I have purchase several vehicles here and have never been disappointed. Service is great.
I really enjoyed my experience with Mike Castrucci Chevrolet. Marc got me a great deal on a brand new Cruze hatchback even though he is in the used department, and Patrick was awesome to talk to during the finalization process. All around great experience.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. People tend to veer away of dealerships but my experience was great. Hats off to everyone who assisted in the purchase of my new truck. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to friends and family
Everyone was courteous. Technician recommended an urgent repair. Was not able to talk to the technician and the service rep could not answer my questions. Also, I was probably overcharged for the Keyfobs, but I have not heard back from McCluskey yet.
My 1999 Cadillac Deville started overheating which left me without a car and I've always had a reliable vehicle. Upon filling out a small form on their web site they immediately took over all the hassle of buying another vehicle. They had a 2013 Mazda 3 with low mileage and looks new that was delivered to me in the Dayton area within three days and I will NEVER buy from another dealership! Professional and yet highly personal.... so walk in there with the confidence you will be treated with respect and budget minded options.

My wife has always wanted a loaded Tahoe. I have always not wanted a car payment in the same ball park as my mortgage. Thankfully Bob Pulte Chevrolet had a certified 2013 LTZ with low miles and showed me how they were priced compared to the market which was very good. Zach went into detail about the work that had been done on the Tahoe, the additional warranties that come with a certified one and everything else fell into place. Heck they even helped when the dashboard cracked a week after I bought it (if your looking at the old body style Tahoe or Yukon it seems to be a common issue). I will definitely go to Bob Pulte for our next vehicle purchase.
I am a very loyal buyer and decided to switch to Zimmer for my purchase. Decision so far is great - the entire process was much better than expected. The entire staff including Charlie Bisang, Shawn Moore and Tony Fritsch was fantastic! They were all friendly, courteous and straight forward. Highly recommended!
While out Black Friday shopping we decided to stop and just look; we were not planning on buying until spring. We found 2 vehicles that we really liked and decided to get more information. Cameron pulled both cars sided by side so that we could compare. After driving and having our questions answered, we decided to get numbers. Cameron was able to give us a deal we couldn't pass on it plus there was no pressure to buy. Cam made the buying process so easy. We would definitely buy from Cameron and Zimmer again!
