When I came in to have a warranty repair perform on my wife car. I decided it was time to trade-in my daughters used car. I was greeted by one of their salesman(Clay) and I was treated with respect of what type of car I was looking for my daughters first new car. I was not pressured into getting anything else but the car I wanted. The salesman(Clay) did answer all my question about two vehicles I was interested in and was able to let me be able to come in the next day and show the two cars to my daughter. He even went out of his way and had the two vehicles up front the next day for my daughter to see and test drive. Including any questions my daughter had so she could decide between the two vehicles. In all with the trade-in of my daughters old car and the finance paperwork it was a all win day. Thank you very much and I shall return to purchase another vehicle. This time it will be for me.
I highly recommend this dealership. Internet folks on top of their game. The new management team worked the numbers for me as I requested and put me in the exact vehicle I was looking for! Overall great experience.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
My husband bought a truck from Riverbend in 2003 and was so satisfied decided to return for another purchase. Our salesman Chris Carroll and the used car manager treated us so kindly. They were more than willing to assist us in anyway and very nice during the whole process. A small town dealership with small town values and integrity. Jack and I went to River Bend Ford to look for a small SUV. My best friend Sonjia recommended we see Joyce Day because she had done business with her for years. We didn't intend to buy that day . We just planned to look for a good used car. We asked for Joyce and she already had the perfect car for us that had just been traded in. My husband had recently had an accident that ultimately led to a partial amputation of his left leg. The crew there helped him get into his wheelchair so that he could look at the car more closely. After we went inside the dealership Joyce talked us through the details of the car. We felt like we had been friends forever. We've never bought a car with a smoother process than Joyce offered us that day. To anyone reading this review, please take our word and visit Joyce Day at River Bend Ford in Bainbridge, GA. We give her a rating of the BEST salesperson you'll ever want to do business with. She has a heart of gold.
We came in yesterday to look at cars. We've never been to a Mazda show room or knew anyone that had a Mazda. David was our salesman and he was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the car we liked and took his time with us and answered all our questions. We bought our car and could not be more pleased! It was a great experience! I found a vehicle online that was at Tallahassee Ford. I sent an email asking if it was still available and Matt responded within minutes and asked if I wanted to set up an appointment to see the vehicle. This was Friday evening around 8pm. I showed up the next morning, test drove the vehicle, and was driving away in it a few hours later. The vehicle was as advertised, negotiations were reasonable, and Matt was a pleasure to deal with. Additionally, the vehicle I purchased qualified for the Nationwide Extended Warranty program which is good for 20 years/200,000 miles! Folks, this was the 12th car I've purchased from a dealership and I don't sign the papers until I feel like I've gotten the absolute best deal I can. The presence of this warranty put buying from Matt and Tallahassee Ford over the top for me.
I really was dreading going to the dealership to shop for my new car because of past experience. The minute I stepped out of my car and was greeted by Matt I felt really comfortable he was so easy to talk to and as we talked about the purchase I felt he really wanted to make sure I found the car I needed and wanted.
