Super easy to deal with, Thiel worked with my finance company from out of state, provided any info and docs requested super fast before sale and turned title around quick. I shopped online from out of state and it took me longer to get there than to buy a truck even with a trade in ! GREAT EXPERIENCE . I showed up test drove the truck I wanted and completed the deal in less than 30 minutes, Thanks again.

Worked with Tucker Deitz, he had the car ready to go for the test drive, no pressure sales, answered all my questions and I believe I got a really good deal. Process was very simple and I was out of the dealership quickly, so far the car is driving like a champ!
While a purchase was not made, The sales person we met with was a pleasant change from other dealership sales associates we have encountered. There was absolutely no pressure or pushiness to buy a vehicle. He listened to us, was attentive and very knowledgeable. If they find the right vehicle for us, we will most certainly purchase from McLaughlin Motors.

I recently found a beautiful ctsv Cadillac here. I live in southern Indiana, so I had to fly up and get it. On the test drive I noticed a knocking sound from one of the tires. The salesman, kris, informed me it had new brakes, and that was probably the source of the knocking. He assured me it passed the shops checklist to sell, and that it had new brakes and tires. He tried to sell me on the fact it was a brake getting ???broken in??? I explained to him that I had a 6 hour drive home and that I would have it checked out when I arrived home, when it was checked I found that it was a couple hundred dollars worth of repair. Not a huge expense, but aggravating that it was an issue that passed their inspection and now the salesman/dealership won???t claim the issue was there when he sold me the car. I expect a Cadillac dealer to be held to a higher standard... If they respond to this review, and the situation changes, I will let you all know.
Had a great experience with the people I worked with, very friendly and made the process of buying my vehicle very easy. I would recommend Susan Cantrill or Scott Lamberson to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
With it being a very cold and rainy day and not knowing 100% what I wanted, the salesman was very helpful in letting me look at many different vehicles and making my final decision.
