I worked with Jerry Snyder to purchase a vehicle from out of state. The whole process was extremely smooth and painless. Emails were answered quickly and the vehicle was exactly as described. They offered to pick me up from the Charlotte airport over an hour away, filled up the huge fuel tank in my vehicle before I left, and thoroughly cleaned the vehicle before I arrived. Jerry and the rest of the staff were fantastic, thanks guys!
While I did not get the opportunity to purchase a vehicle (the one I was looking at got sold, great vehicle at a really GREAT price and low low miles); someone else picked up this vehicle before I could. Nick was quick to let me know before I could get too invested and was trying to locate me one to my specifications.

We had spent the last three days searching and trying to buy this exact truck and do so under budget. We had traveled 5-6 hours a day, to three states and at least eight dealerships. Each of these dealerships had the truck we wanted in stock. Each was given an offer by us for said truck and subsequent negotiations ensued. Some negotiations were short and some were marathons that lasted hours in the store and went on for days.
We walked into your showroom tired, beaten and discouraged. I told your salesman, Dave we were going to have to “speed date” a truck buy. He laughed and said he’d make the process as easy as possible.
To say he and you did would be an understatement. In less than an hour we completed the process. We bought the truck we wanted and stayed under budget. You made many concessions to close the deal,
Not the least of which was making us the strongest offer of any dealership for our trade. A full 10% higher than the next highest. There was very little back and forth. You made us an offer through Dave and we countered. Instead of sitting behind your desk or the one way mirror like other dealerships you came out and greeted us. We had a chat like we’d known each other for years as we whittled down the difference. You gave a little and we gave a little. We’d have liked to buy the truck for a little less and I’m sure you’d like to sell it for a little more. At the end of the day, I’m confident I got the very best deal anywhere this side of the Mississippi.
All I can say is wow. The irony of the whole situation is your dealership is one of the closest to us yet was the last one, obviously, we visited. We were down to one more if we were unsuccessful at your place and we would have to widen our search.

We traveled from Asheville to Hickory to look for a car, and so happy we did. We hate car shopping but this was the best experience. Our salesman, Justin Parker was incredible and he was so helpful and not pushy. We will happily make the trip to Hickory for any further car needs.
Bought a 2018 Equinox LT AWD. Was told it had fog lights ( looked like it did) Only to realize when I needed them later on that they weren’t there.... still waiting for a response from the sales manager And the sales person who sold the car to me. Both tried to tell me at first that the head lights are HID and are replacing fog lights.... I wanted fog lights and i wouldn’t have bought the car without them. I’m very disappointed that the communication (via phone/ text) went just silent without any resolution from either employee of this dealership. I do find this rather unprofessional. I do like the car, but it’s not complete.
From the minute we pulled up and a sales person came out and welcomed us to Everett, we knew we had found the right dealership. They exceeded our expectations on the car package and as I told both the product specialist and the finance manager, it was the dealership that closed the deal for us. Sales, the service area-- the full package. We met everyone including the Body Collision manager. While we live 40 minutes from Everett in Mooresville we'll have our Chevy SS serviced there. Everyone made the process a pleasure.
Great salesman. Delivered it in good time. Used Truck had a slight leak. They fixed no questions asked. Mentioned dissatisfied with it not having floor mats after I had already bought it. They are sending me some new ones.
First off I have never liked going to car dealerships they are usually on top of you before you have a chance to get out of the vehicle. This was not the case at all with Modern Nissan. My wife and I looked around with no pushy salesman. When one did come over he was very friendly answered all our questions and was never pushy. After a couple days of thinking about it we called and told them the vehicle we wanted I answered some questions and texted my info to them we went in after work signed the papers and out the door no haggle no wait a great all around experience.
