I had a slight problem with the side steps for this truck but once it was brought to the attention of my salesman, Darren, it was dealt with and resolved promptly. I saw a vehicle on cars.com. I contacted the dealership by phone and talked to Jayme Dillon. He was very accommodating with information and was Not pushy as others dealers I???ve been to. He put me with Greg Waller (wonderful salesperson) at 45 minutes to closing because they told me to c???mon (40 min drive) after work And didn???t care that they closed at 7pm. Justin in finance got me out in no time, and used car manager Paul Jernigan was absolutely the nicest and helpful with my trade. I don???t think I will ever go anywhere else if I am able to go here in future. . I am suggesting them to everybody I know. Drive the extra time to Tullahoma..Best experience ever and I???ve purchased many over the years.
Had my trade appraised, a good deal on a used Prius V, plus financing and paperwork finished in under 2 hours on a Saturday!! Chris Elam was my salesmen. Chris was able to answer all my questions(many via text before I arrived), and guide me through the steps. I’ve now purchased 4 Hybrid Prius vehicles and 1 preowned Tundra from John Roberts and have had nothing but great experiences out of the sales department. Additionally I have had most of my service work done there and they always have good coffee and great service.

Had Joel and kelly repair a dent in my 2010 F150 platinum 4x4 extended cab. Awesom job guys. When this truck was returned to me I couldn't believe it was the same truck. Not only was the dent repaired with flawless accuracy they took the time to remove the two large scratches down each side of the truck where I had taken it to the woods in the past. Above and beyond what I ever expected. Also had the truck detailed before they returned it to me and they did a beautiful job. I must say the truck looked like new again. I was thinking about trading the truck in for a new Dodge but I think I will save my money as this is virtually a new truck to me. Give my praise to the guys at your body shop, they are awesome as well. GOOD JOB

These folks are very professional. They made the buying process easy and stood behind their sale. The Ram I bought had a failed clutch during the first week and they didn't hesitate to put it in their shop immediately. I have a great truck, a new clutch and have found the repair shop and dealership I will plan to use in the future.
