I have been a customer of Bill Cram Chevrolet since 1994. I have bought cars, leased cars, had them serviced there and had damage repaired in their body shop. It is the only dealership I will do business with. No matter which department you are dealing with the employees are friendly, courteous and efficient. My recent business was turning in my lease car early and taking out a new lease. The salesman, Chip, and the sales manager, Tim, were a pleasure to work with. This is the best dealership I have ever done business with.
Our salesman Nate and Dave, the sales manager, at Michael Bates Chevrolet were both very helpful in finding us a great car that is safe for our teen driver. I feel highly satisfied with both the price and many discounts we were offered during the purchase. The best part was when we were offered to take the car and test drive for the weekend and return on Monday. We had the time to make sure the car was a good fit for our teen and didnt feel pressured with our purchase. Thank you Nate and Michael Bates Chevrolet!
I went into Elhart Hyundai to get a new vehicle and Junior took great care of me while we were getting me into the vehicle I wanted. Caryn was wonderful as she got me a loan with a great interest rate. I could not be happier. They even followed up to make sure things are good with the new vehicle.

This was by far the BEST experience we have had purchasing a car. Ther was very little back and forth and was completely painless. We only had to come to the dealership to pick up our truck and only there for a short time. We will for sure be back to purchase our future vehicles here. Dean made the purchase of a used vehicle as painless as possible. It was s fairly quick and easy purchase and Dean was pleasant throughout. Pablo in finance was also helpful. We never felt any pressure. However, we at first opted for the extra warranty. We were not told until The final signing that it is a 50% (them) 50% (us) coverage. Also, it is advertised as a three year/100k mile, and much of this period was already covered by the manufacturer at 100%. In the end we purchased the vehicle without the extra protection. We are happy with our minivan!
Going to First Choice Ford was like an out of body experience. If I had to imagine the perfect auto buying experience and compare it to what I experienced at First Choice Ford, I would pick my experience at First Choice Ford. Marteisha was the ideal salesperson, quickly responding to my inquiries through email and texting, never pressured and was only there to help. Leo was a warm and friendly manager, even though I was standoffish and unpleasant at first (due to my history of bad experiences). In the future, I will only buy my vehicles at First Choice Ford.
Looked at a car with intentions to purchase it. The car had a clean Carfax report with the salesman promoted heavily. We pulled out of the purchase because we found on Autocheck that the car had been in an accident. Dealer's should know all the history available, especially if they are going to promote accident free reports.
This dealership and the people there are amazing. They take care of you and make the process of buying a car easy and enjoyable. Everyone I spoke to was very kind, knowledgeable, friendly and easy going. The product they offered was excellent (clean and detailed both times I was there despite multiple dust storms), the customer service, the financing, and follow up were all also excellent. Very happy to have bought the car from such a great group of people. I highly recommend doing business with Munich Motors. The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
