In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.
Highly recommend City Auto and especially Steven Ray.
This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Homer was very helpful and straightforward with me throughout my shopping experience. When they say no gimmicks or fees that is what they mean. Where a lot of dealerships steer you into financing or doc fees national auto sales didn't do any of that with me. They encourage you to bring your own financing or you can find some through them. Whenever I am looking for my next vehicle I will certainly start here.

These folks are very professional. They made the buying process easy and stood behind their sale. The Ram I bought had a failed clutch during the first week and they didn't hesitate to put it in their shop immediately. I have a great truck, a new clutch and have found the repair shop and dealership I will plan to use in the future.
I had a slight problem with the side steps for this truck but once it was brought to the attention of my salesman, Darren, it was dealt with and resolved promptly. I am very happy with my experience with Stan McNabb Chevrolet and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car or truck. Ask for Darren. He will treat you right.
Choose to work with no other companies only Wholesale inc. Cavender, Lukas, and John are some awesome paperwork. This will be the second vehicle I???ve purchased with this company and as long as they keep people like this I will continue to purchase in the future.
The whole process was very quick, to the point and just felt right. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and helpful. We drove over 2 hours away to do business here and look forward to future purchases.

Overall, a buying experience that I wish other companies would emulate. Fair, open, honest, and relaxing. Great staff all around with best deal. Will be back when I upgrade in the future. Highly recommend shoppers to use SAS as their benchmark when looking for a vehicle.
Didn???t feel as if I was being pushed. He was friendly and you felt like you control the conversation. I would recommend to anyone.
