The first day I showed up no one assisted me or asked me any questions so I left. I then reached out asking if the vehicle was still available and was responded to very quickly. When I showed up to look Jeremy helped me right away and was very kind. Let me see all the seats because I am looking for a third row. Unfortunately that car was not right for me and he didn’t make me feel bad or like I wasted his time he was just happy to help me. I really appreciated that.
2014 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
This is a nice truck to drive as I use it as a daily driver as well as hauling a camper. The only issue I have had has been some quirky electrical things, like the radio going out randomly and the reverse lights staying on when it is not in reverse. Fuel mileage with the 6.6 Turbo Diesel is fair at 17 mpg.

I was super pleased with Outten service!. I'll start with Eve who is always courteous when answering the phone and setting up service. My 2018 Equinox just stopped accelerating and died. Eric took oversight of my car so professionally. The service tech was very polite...sorry I didn't get his name. The cashier, Mary, was so friendly, and, again was professional. It was raining outside and I had various items in my hands since I was changing back to my car. She gave me a plastic bag in which to put everything! Then, as I was standing at the service exit door, Jodi came over with a large umbrella and walked me out to my car. I know she got wet because she made sure I was fully covered!!! 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
Purchased my 2002 extended cab 4 x 4 2500 HD new in 2002, it now has just over 200,000 miles and has the 8.1 L gas motor I’ve never even had to put brakes on it i.e. absolutely love this truck are use mobile one synthetic oil and it’s never giving me any trouble, if I had it to do over again the only thing I would do different is purchase a crew cab instead of the extended cab this is definitely the best I have ever owned and I have been the owner of many As I am 74 years young

2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
I have had fords, GMC s, and Chevy trucks my whole life. I have to say that my 2019 6.0 Chevy 2500hd is the best truck that I have ever owned. I actually get a smile on my face every time I drive it. I like the way the interior is laid out. I love the room that it has in it. The electronics aren't over whelming in it. And it's so nice to drive. Now the fuel mileage is not the best. I drive my truck back and forth to work everyday and it's all highway and I'm averaging 15-17 mpg. But I drive it 70-80 mph. So if I slowed down it would, I'm sure do a little better than that. But the truck does everything that I need it to do really well. I pull our camper with it. I use it to get Hay for our cows. I haul cows and horses to and from auctions and shows. I love my truck and I will have it for years to come.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Dealership! From the courteous, friendly smiles when you walk in the door, they always make you feel welcome and eager to help you get into the car you want. The sales department, they are top notch, good credit, bad credit, whatever your situation, they will do everything they can to get you in that car of your dreams! I purchased a used convertible and hated it, I only owned it for a year or so and desperately wanted to trade it in for a new Camaro. I knew with the convertible being financed, it would be hard to get into a new Camaro with most likely being upside down on the original loan. To my surprise, Jonathan from sales was able to get me in this brand news SS Camaro, which as I mentioned, never thought possible. AND without being upside again. The service department is also top notch! They can work on any car, not just GM vehicles. I take my Lexus to them, my daughter took her Challenger to them, and the prices are more affordable than what you would think for a dealership. They go over your car top to bottom to make sure the issues you have are fixed and your car is back to running as it should. If they happen to notice something else going on or something that could be an issue later down the road, they will inform you of the problem. They will never overcharge you, never fix something without telling you, no surprises at R&R. The body shop, I have used their body shop multiple times & my husband recently bought a classic vehicle and decided to change truck beds on it. We had no idea what paint color was used on this truck and how we would match it. Thankfully Les from the body shop, not only matched the color perfect, he came to our home with his equipment to match the color, I have never had anyone even think to bring their equipment to your home. Another thing I’d like to add, just this week, my car was having service done at R&R & I had an injury at home & needed to get to urgent care. I got the call my car was ready for pickup & I explained my situation & that I probably wouldn’t get there until my husband got home later in the afternoon. June from the service department was so kind to have one of the drivers, Rusty, bring my car to me so I could get my injury taken care of. You will NOT find this type of service at any other dealership. These are just a few ways that the staff at R&R go above and beyond for their customers! From the minute you walk in the door, they make you feel welcome and part of their family and the relationship you have with them, lasts forever. At R&R they remember you, they know your name, your family, your vehicles, you are not just another sale for them. And I can’t thank them enough for all they have done over the years for my family and friends, that I recommend! 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
This is a nice truck to drive as I use it as a daily driver as well as hauling a camper. The only issue I have had has been some quirky electrical things, like the radio going out randomly and the reverse lights staying on when it is not in reverse. Fuel mileage with the 6.6 Turbo Diesel is fair at 17 mpg.

2017 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
For the most part we do like this truck. It tows our 31’ TT wonderfully. One major problem the transmission went at 68000 miles last month 6/14. Also the factory warranty expired in January along with the extended warranty that we never should have bought. Rip off for sure. We never needed it. So angry. The estimate was 7000$! And then when the transmission goes you have to replace the radiator another 1500$! We did get it repaired with everything done for 6900$. Chevy did help out some as well as the dealership. But I’m still angry that it went with low mileage and I will never ever get sucked in again on an extended warranty

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.
